[Resolved]  Samsung / Split Ac — Poor Response from Customer care against the complaints

This complaint is with respect to Samsung Split AC. We purchased AC around 8 months back. After the usage of AC for 2 months we started facing problems. Initially a bad smell came out of AC for which we called customer care and service engineers came twice and said installation was not proper. Also we started facing the problem that even at 30 the chillness was too high. The people from Service centre came and uninstalled AC and took it to their lab for service. They installed after a week and said no more problems will arise in future. Again the smell started coming. In addition a noise started coming out of AC. Again we called customer care. After many calls service engineer visited and said alignment was not proper. He did something and said no more problems will come in future. Once he left our home the noise started coming. We really frustrated because of the service that was provided by Samsung service centre. We wasted our time & money because of these problems. So we called customer care and asked for replacement. After that we are not at all receiving any calls from customer care or service centre. We are calling them on a daily basis but receive no response from their side. It would be better if this problem gets resolved in any manner.

So far I didnt get any solution from samsung.

I request the Indian government to implement strict law to protect Indian citizens from Poor quality product manufacturers like samsung.
