[Resolved]  Samsung / Split Ac — REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR

Split AC purchased on 11 / 03 / 2010 VIDE INVOICE NUMBER - 14684 from messers Gemsons international 67 south patel nagar. On first service on 30th April 2011, it was found by engineer of samsung that compressor is out of order. He took the decission of replacing the compressor and forward the complaint with photostat copy of invoice number - 14684. Since then inspite of our various reminder to customer care they are not attending our complaint. Our complaint number is [protected] in the name of Vaibhav Malhotra. As we are passing hard time in this hot summer.
