Split AC purchased on 11 / 03 / 2010 VIDE INVOICE NUMBER - 14684 from messers Gemsons international 67 south patel nagar. On first service on 30th April 2011, it was found by engineer of samsung that compressor is out of order. He took the decission of replacing the compressor and forward the complaint with photostat copy of invoice number - 14684. Since then inspite of our various reminder to customer care they are not attending our complaint....

I had purchased a split AC on 24/03/2010 with three free service in next one year.
I requested on[protected]samsung toll free number on 22nd and 23rd March 2011. I was assured the servicing but it was not carried out as of to day i.e. 05/04/2011. The ac was purchased from THE DIGITAL SHOPPE Civil Line Allahabad....

I had purchased samsung 1 ton split AC in Oct 2009 and from day one it had cooling problem. The samsung service engg comes every time the complainy is lodged and re-fills the gas. Till date the gas was re-filled 5 times in 8-9 time span. But even after this re-fill the cooling probelm persists.
