ATM transaction failure : Receive Rs. 500 Short
Dear Sir/Madam
I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in and contactcentre@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.
I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN00118703) ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

Subject:-ATM Transaction failure and did not received money.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had made Three transaction each of Rs.10000/- from Punjab National Bank ATM (Mirganj Branch, Dist.-Gopalganj) ON 21 march 2011, at 11:19 am. Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money of first transaction. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I would also like to inform you that I am a staff of nhpc ltd. and this amount really matters to me as I belong to a financially weak family. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern so that the money is credited in my account soon. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer I have very much belief in SBI but this time I am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP. I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

Dt - 09/05/11 Cash withdrawal From HDFC BANK ATM {ATM NO-S1ANJS01} JHARSUGUDA, Rs - 3000/-
However this Transaction was complete ONCE but the amount has been Deducted TWICE from my SBI account .it is also showing in our mini statement

I have a savings account 30703619394 with State Bank of India, Gohainpukhuri branch, P.O- Laluk, Dist -Lakhimpur, Assam. IFS CODE-SBIN0009434, BRANCH CODE- 09434.
I have used State Bank Gohainpukhuri ATM on 01-06-2011 at 15:07 in evening for withdrawal amount Rs.5000/.
But i have not received any mony, but my account showing Rs.5000/ debited for the transaction.
I have complain to my SBI branch with transaction slips on 01-06-2011.
but till now i have not received any amount.
Please, note for nacecary action immediatly.

Dear sir/madam,
I, Dushyant Kumar have an a/c in SBI Branch- Pachokhra, Tundla .
On 3rd, june 2011 I went to Bank Of India ATM Branch- Gupta Overseas, Transport Nagar, Agra to withdraw from my saving a/c. I filled the amt for Rs.2500/- But after complete transaction, I did't get money and no transaction slip. I was extremely shocked, because it was 1st time when i did not get money after transaction. I already have complained temporarily in atm register. When I checked my a/c status, i found that my a/c was debited by Rs. 2500/-. After all I have complained to your customer care and complaint No. is- AT42921613608 . They have told me that my debited amt will be credited to my a/c.
I believe in sbi services, so request you to do needful about this case.
Actual i have money problem so pls be kind, sir.

I lost my Debit Card on 24/06/11 and I called to customer care executive to block the Debit Card
and he is blocked the same.
Upto now I am not getting my Debit Card

I would like to inform you that I had made ONE transaction each of Rs.5000/- from UNION BANK OF INDIA ATM (NARYAINGHARE AMBALA, ATM ID NCHD02001111111) ON 14.07.2011, at 19.34 pm.exactly Unfortunately I got error and haven't got the money. However, the amount have been deducted from my account. I came to know that when I took the mini statement from SBM ATM after withdrawing Rs. 5000/-.

NameDEVENDRA PATHAK hai .Mera ATM Card kho gaya hai jiska card number 6220180014800121295 aur account number 30831994403 hai.Maine iska duplicate card banwane ke liye 7 bar application form bhare magar koi responce nahi mila. Mera account Padrauna Shakha number 0148 se hai, aapse request hai ki aap hamare atm ki jankari mere number & email id par de plz.
Hope, it would be verified and rectified shortly.
so please understand my problem and send my sbi atm card as soon.

Sir, My ATM-cum-Debit Card No.6220180016200017727 was blocked by Contact centre Code No.201109089867906 as requested by me when my card was not traceable.Subsequently I obtained my above card & requested to the contact centre for re-activate the ATM card.But they asked me to contact with the concerned branch.Sir when I contacted with the Manager S B I, Raiganj Branch they expressed their inability & sugest me to contact with Contact Centre.My A/C. i tried to recharge my mobile by internet of Rs30 on 19/9/11 but i did not get any transaction ID though Rs 30 is cutt out from my SBI acount.So i kindly request you please return Ts30 in my SBI acount.
