Dear Sir/Madam I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI. I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me. I have lodged following complaint at SBI RLY STATION ATM, AMLA as well as mail sent to [protected]@sbi.co.in. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible plz help me in getting my hard earned money Rs of 4000/- from the SBI. please understand my problem and credit my account which has been debit.

dear sir/madam,

i m ,siva kishore have account with stata bank of india and i have sbi atm cum debit card when i tried to operate my atm card rs 20000 had not dispenced from atm but amount had credited from account. i had reported the same to ombudsment but they had not helped me. i would like to lodge complaint in consumer court i need to know how i should lodge complaint.

With due respect i say that i withdraw the Rs. 5000/- cash on 29.08.10at 16.02 hrs by ATM ID no. S1AN00639302, TXN No. 7763 amount detect my A/C No. [protected] but did not receive mony. we had complain lodge on 29.08.10 to "Manager, SBI, Railway station, Mughalsarai, U.P. I am permanent customer on this bank. Mamager told me your matter sent to mumbai for updation and your amount approximat one month sent by ATM HQ in my account. but today 05.10.10 Bank manager reciept givin to me your transaction is successful and excess of Rs. 5000/- not found on 31.08.10, I may be saved from this mental harassment because this amount really matters a lot to me.

Kindly this matter sortout urgently. I am highly obliged forever
