[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson — Service and repairs

I had got the Joy stick of my Sony-Ericsson K750i repaired from a Sony-Ericsson service center in Gurgaon, but after 2 days of that the phone display went white, and when I took the phone back to the service center the manager refused to handle the phone he said that the phone may have got damaged due to the software getting corrupted or some problem in the main board of the phone, how ever he confirmed that the Cap of the Joystick was not fixed properly. The cold response from the the Store manager made me write to the Sony-Ericsson customer service mail id, how ever I did not get any response from them.

Sony Ericsson/Mobile phone W595 — Moblie phone taken for repair but not returning

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the Sonyericson mobile model W595 worth Rs 11800/- from My Mobile shop sec 18 Noida on 21 Sep 09. The set key pad was malfuntioning and the set was given to Sonyericson service centre Sec 18 Noida for repair under warranty on 10 Oct 09. For last three weeks my set has not been rectified and in response service centre is saying we don't have spare part. On 16 Oct 09 complaint was submitted to Sonyericson customer care centre. Complaint No 85462068. Sonyericson customer care centre every time saying that they are arranging the parts however till date neither part has been arranged and nor the set is repaired. Due to non availability mobile my bussiness is at loss and also I am bothered to call Sonyericson customer care centre to check status of my set. It seems to me that their is no hope of geting my set back.
Complaint - Sonyericson mobile set W 595 may be rectified at the earliest of alternatevely other new set be provided.

Sony Ericsson — hopeless after sale service

I have a sony ericcson mobile phone.Model no:W595
I purchased it on[protected] with a 1 year warranty.Recently i faced an issue with the display & speaker .
I submitted the phone at their nearest service centre on[protected].They said the flex needs to be replaced
Its been about a month now,I have visited their centre thrice already,talked to their regional manager,even launched a complaint at their customer care all India helpline..but they're being very very unreasonable.
The staff at the centre is least co-operative,they do not communicate nicely and all they are doing is play blame games.
The regional head blames the company head office for not having the essential parts.
How do they manufacture & sell a product without manufacturing the necessary spare parts?
Their customer care came up with a fresh excuse today that their system are not functioning so they cannot update me on the status of my complaint.
Is this how a company of international repute supposed to deal with their customers?
What sense does it make when people like me who try to abide by the law & purchase products from the organised market despite the existence of a much cheaper & more customer friendly grey market?

Sony Ericsson W595 Handsfree — not replacing handsfree and making fool

I had submitted my handsfree of w595 on 9-oct-2009 at avtar enclave but till the date of[protected] i didn't recieved it. when i got to ask for it on 25-oct-2009 they informed me we are not handling the complaints of warranty costumers and they informed me that my handsfree will be given by courier but i think that they are making fool of me no body is picking my phone there bcz they r not informing me at all. I am totally frustrated by this service. I am just waiting for few more days beware friends(avtar enclave branch) unless you will have to pay some thing more than handsfree.

bcz i am also a service supervisor(costumer support) for 3 years and i know that how to handle these cases

My complaint number with Sony Ericsson: 85336658

i had submitted my handset sony ericsson F305 in sony ericsson repair centre in D.N nagar mumbai on 15th of sept 2009. i was told i will get my cell back in 10-15 days and its almost 2 months now and i have still not got my cell back.

everytime i call sony ericsson office on the no[protected] im assured i will get my cell back in that week but till date (4/11/09) im still just waiting for my cell.

sony ericsson has the most pathetic serivce and they also give wrong information.
i called the office twice the same day n i was given different information both the time. i was told end no. of times that they couldnt reach the service centre if sony ericsson cant reach their own office on time how are we supposed to get through those no.

iam prasanth from kerala.i brought a sony sricsson c902 from dubai.its made by china.i dnt knw what 2 say this phone realy [censored]sssssss. i lost my money.its camera is not good .its cyber shot is not working.softerware complaint also.then then restart at the time o[censored]sage, now my cemara is automatically selecting there modes.there is no other gud features in this phone.this phone doesn, t have pdf vewer. i think nokia is better than sony ericsson..take other phones expect sonyyyyyyyyyyy.

shalini seems to be missing in action when it is needed the most. For the past 2 months my phone is with the service center off and on and it is a nightmare getting through to her.

I have purchased the sony ericsson w395 on 23/8/09.Two months Later i watch the hanging problen in my mobile then i suddenly goes to the service center. he said that software problem your mobile return to you tomorrow. when i goes on next day he said me that handset flex is damaged when it not repaired then have to set the new motherboard on handset and said me that we have the time for sparepart. there is a 20days goes but my mobile is not repaired when i am called him he told me that sparepart is not available now when it available we called. My problem is that very bad service of sony ericsson. i purchased the sony ericsson w395 i very good information that my mobile take the motherboard problem in two months.
i give the my mobile to the service center he told me that my mobile problem solved in 7days.
but there goes the 20days my mobile is not replaced to me. when i called to the service center it's told engineer is goes outword when he comes we will call but there is not call .

i really upsate from this fake of service. i really no about that sony service. i very upsate that service.

Wrong Information on sharp web site regarding Service Center in North India, As per Website
in Punjab - 8 Service Center
in U.P - 4 Service Center
in Uttranchal - 5 Service Center

Please give correct information for sharp Customers on website, in U.P lots of fake service center still working they are doing wrong thing b'cus customer directly contact them and they know nobody from H.O visit Service Center from last 5 years. they are making money by using sharp name..
In Delhi Solution Unlimited is close now but u can find solution on website
As a X-employee i can show you the correct picture, your Delhi Officer never share this issue with H.O. because i know how and why ??

Sony Ericsson — Sony Ericsson- Most pathetic product and worst ever service standards.

Hi,

I had bought Sony Ericsson Cell phone K810i on 25th Dec 08 for 11,100. The product was doing well until 22nt Sept 09. Dont know what happened to the cell and it conked off and it never started after that. I went to the Service station ( Mobile Technology ,DN Nagar Andheri, Mumbai) as it was under warranty. I handed over the phone @ the service station and was asked to come after 4 days. The service station guy gave me a hand written work sheet. I went on 28th to collect the fone he asked me to come after 10 days and he changed the hand written work sheet and created a computer generated sheet with a work order no- SE309MT111751 with a created date- 25th Sept 09 where as I had submitted my fone on 23rd.

I went after 10 days to check the status again i was told to check after 10 days. I went again after 10 days I was told to come after a week. I went on 24th Oct 09 I was told to collect after 2 days. After 2 days they tell me come tom and collect your cell definitely . I had sent my brother to collect the fone. He just checked for the problem. the fone started and he got it bak home. I checked the fone and to my surprise the keypad wasnt working now. I couldnt go the next day as I am a working. So on Saturday I called up your helpline no to register a complain but the lady on the other side didnt take my complaint and ask me to submit the fone. i tried calling the service station guy around 1.30-2.00 Pm on but nobody responded. So I went on Monday to submit the fone. I submitted the phone(work order no-SE309MT112571) and the person creating a worksheet puts comments as the color faded, scratches and also comment theat there were dents on the edges of the fone. when I had submitted the fone a month back there were only scratches on the fone now all this has happened when the fone is with your service centre guys.

I called up the helpline to register the complaint. i tell him the whole damn story and when he is about to take the complaint dont know what happens and the guy doesnt responds. Again I called up sum other executive takes the call and again I repeat the whole story but he is not ready to take my complaint. According to him I can only register after 3 days of submitting the fone. he ask me to call bak on the same no and select option 4. I do that and spoke to a lady repeat the whole story again and she asks me to call back again and go to option 3 and ask the person to take the complaint. I called up again and repeat the whole damn story for the 4th time within a span of half an hour and he refuses to take the complaint. I gave the reference of the lady I spoke to on option 4 and after arguing for 10 mins he took my complaint and was told that they will track the complaint closely and was asked to call after 2 working days. All this happened on 2nd nov 09.

I called back on thursday but I was told you will receive a call in another 48 hours. I called back on Saturday I was assured again that I will get a call by monday between 12-6 pm. Nobody called. I called back on monday I was told I will get a call next day between 12-6 pm. but nobody calls till date.

Request you to pls help me get compensation for the pathetic product and customer service which has only wasted my time, energy ,money and social embarassment as I had to go with the spare for for 2 months.
