i was submit on 11/07/2009 at mayiladuthurai (tamil nadu),
i reported that it is in navi key's problam.
always when i ask about my set, then alwase gevi me two day's time more.
i think its is only in flex{metadom}problam.
1 month for only spear part's, plese tell me myset problem clearly,

I buy sony ericsson S312 mobile from mavelikara, kerala 1 week before, i didn't get usb code with it but i am using W810i also, i put the usb code of W810i to S312 but it is not working, i inform to the shop till yet i didn't get a reply. This is very bad about you.

k220 battay failt
i bought w350i model on past 8 months .suddenly the battery inside it become fat which is unable to insert in it, i dont know why does it happen, can i know what does the problem in it, to whom shall i complaint regarding this problem,

Sir to be very frank iam going to file a case at consumer court against Sony Ericsson for fooling me up from last 9month (approx 270 days)iam totally in stress because of my set I had purchased my set at 13700/-rs an it turned out to be greatest mistake in life to purchase Sony Ericsson, visited service center several times wasting my valuable time. if we add on total days for which set was in service center from above servicing dates is 44 days.
Iam not going to take my set repaired this time I want replacement of my set….
It has already many problem right from the first servicing………….
If you are not going to assure me about your further action very soon u would be getting a compensation case against you from consumer court……. So kindly look into the matter seriously

I purchased the above habd set on 12/11/09 from the Authorised Dealer "CELL PLANET" Bajrakabati Road, Dolmundai, Cuttack - 753012; vide their Cash Memo No:78173 of 12.11.09.
Within 15 days I had to visit the dealer for problems and it was reportedly fixed after upgrading the software; while I had to submit a xerox copy of the purchase Bill in support of the bonafides. Unfortunately, within the next 48 hours I had to go to the dealer again since the hand set was not functioning properly and was getting switched off automatically. The dealer insisted on another copy of the purchase bill and in gthe process the handset could not be sent to the service station till I provided them with another photo copy of the bill on last Thurs day. Today, I was told by the dealer that the set was sent to the service station yesterday and it has been found that there are major problems with the board and it may have to be replaced by the manufacturer for which I may have to wait indefinitely(At least 15 days to one month!).
I had expressed my utter displeasure and indicated that I should have taken a more reliable brand instead of the one I opted for : expressed my helplessness and my plight : but to no avail.
In such cases, shouldn't the dealer provide a stand by set to manage till replacement is made by the Principals? Besides who pays for my inconvenience and losses arising out of this?
I wish this finds serious attention of authorities who should matter.

Dear Sir,This is in regard to the pathetice service by one of Sony ericsson service center RT-Ludhiana RT out ( SEIN) RT Outsourcing Services Ltd, 2nd Floor, Madhock Complex,Ferozpur Road, Ludhiana ,[protected] I have been calling from last 10 days but no response First thing I called up at the local service center on 9th dec after giving my phone for rectification on 3rd dec..which was commited to be given back by 3-4 days ..now when i called after 6 days to confirm your executive (girl) Anju picked my call & when i asked for my mobile she is replying me that it will take another 10-15 days . when i asked but why you told me to collect after 3-4 days & i am calling you after 6 days .she started laughing & informed me that this part is not available from last 1 month & do you have anything in written & we don't konw anything 7 disconnected the call .i contacted your 39011111 & your executive Aman talked to me & gave me 48 working hours ,I called after the said time Sr . executive Ajay talked to me he said to wait for another 48 working hours ,i again called up after said time Now some again Sr.executive Harish talked to me requested to wait for another 24 working hours .Now again & again your executives are calling me gaurav , anju .when from day 1 i am saying that i don't want to use sony erricson at any cost why don't you understand ,why you don't listen to customer .the set was not given to me under any charity , i purchased it for Rs. 6550/- your Executives are insalting customer I have done a big mistake of my life that i bought a product of such company Sony Erricsson Who's Employees & management is not capible enough to handle customer complaint & Very Very poor work after Sales .I need my money back I already informed all you Executives When they all speak to me ..I felt insulted , embarresd & i need my money back other wise i will have to put it in media ....you should Either have good staff who can guide the customer in rigth manner or you should shut down Sony Erricsso for my own thing ..Take it on serious note & inform me by today .my contact no[protected]..

Sony Ericsson — Problem Not Rectified even after Repair
I purchased a new Sony Ericsson W580 handset on 17 Oct 2009. From the Day 1 it had POOR BATTERY BACKUP. I went to the service center.First time, they updated the Software. But it did not work.
Again I went to Service Center. This time (second) they replaced battery. But it also did not work.
Third time they replaced the motherboard. But the problem is still not rectified.
I want replacement of the handset. What should I do?

to you,bought a sony w350 3mths ago,a pink flip up fone,was sendin a msg on sun and the flip came off,due to this happening i can no longer use this fone as it no longer locks plays the music,as the buttons wer on the flipso took it back to the carphone warehouse,wer i purched the fone with my receipt 2 be told it wud cost £45 to be repaired as the warrenty doesnt cover the flip,so took the fone back home,looks pretty in the box,just a shame not workin properly respected sir,

I have gone to Sony Ericsson Service centre to repair my mobile(W580i)..It was repaired and was working properly but then i realize that i am not getting signals in my mobile phone..i went to Service center again and told them the issue.But they say this problem can not be resolved now..
They have taken Rs 1700 from me and now they are saying there is no solution for this..
Kindly Suggest What to do now??
