Sony Ericsson Phone W595 — key pad defect

Who so ever it concerns,
1. I purchased sony ericsson phone , model no W595 in june 2009 from Banglore.
2. It was not over 5 months when two keys of the pad stopped working.
3. I, being posted to a foriegn country, could not locate any authorised service center. It might happen tht by the time i go back to India, the warranty period is over.the bill remains kept in India back home. Is there any way that my problem can be adressed?

My Soni Ericson Mobile W 580i model is not working now. I switched off when i was in the flight. after arivel mobile didn't switch on. I flight had too much cold. Then i can connects mobile to PC . I think this software is unable to work because of the PC virus attack.

now i m in kuwait, what can i do?

Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone W3001 — cheating by service centre

i had given sony ericsson phone at your service centre at 113, platinum mall, ghatkopar east, mumbai . they have charged rs.1477/- and repaired the phone but have removed the memory card and now are not interested to even talk about it. they say they had given before taking the phone for repairs which is a lie. they have conveniently removed it. the reference number is SE310CS210024 and my invoice no is 3 dated 6th Feb 2010.

I am very upset by this kind of service rendered by authorised service centres.

can i get some assistance? please help.

Sony Ericsson T715 — Worst service

Hi,
I bought a sony ericsson T715 on 27th December, and with in a month I got a problem with the mobile set, the display of the mobile was not working. So, I submitted my Mobile in sony ericsson service center on 28th Jan,Workorder Number: SE[protected] and called their Customer care number and raised a request for replacement of the mobile Request Number: 86472070, which they rejected by saying that they will not replace it, but get it repaired.
Today is 10th of feb, but till now I didn't recieved my Handset from them, now when I am calling them they are saying that the part is not available and they are not even telling till when I will get it back.
I am not sure what to do next.
Please help.

i was repaired my phone sony ericsson K850i in sony ericsson authorized service center in Kottayam(Kerala). i just asked for detailed bill. but they refused to give. they told me that cant give me detailed bill. they just wrote in their bill book not in sony ericsson's printed bill as SP&SC 950rs. its illegal because its a reputed firm. i want that detailed bill contains the details of the spare parts about cost, what they done on my phone..

I have purchased Sony Ericsson mobile model no W595 and serial No [protected] on last year in march . But its earspeaker and main keyboard is not working so I submitted it in the service centre in RT - Jammu RT outsourcing on 8th Jan 2010 but its more than one month no result from service centre, so sir tell me from where i get my mobile repaired.

Sir please tell me how I can solve my problem as ur Sony service support is very poor, if sony don't have the spares with them, why they are selling mobiles and cheating the customers Please solve my problem as early as possible otherwise I will go consumer court for that as I am with out mobile from last one month
