Sony - HiFi Music System — Replacement speakers 2 days old set and faulty

Hi All,

This is to inform you that I purchased Sony HI-Fi music system on 10th April 2010 and the right speaker is faulty voice is not coming properly if we play CD or Tuner .From Sony the technician visited on 11th April 2010 for demo and did some changes still the problem persists same mentioned in the feedback sheet.Dealer is not helping me as well (GM Enterprises East Patel Nagar).

I always believe Sony is the best becasue I am usisg Sony LCD,Music system,Cybershot,Phone.I am planning to buy a laptop for my nephew but this kind of quailty of products really puts me in to a deep sheel that I should go for other products or not.I was a promoter for Sony but now a detractor

I am also working in electronics company as Manager Quality and we deal with daily customer esclations like this earlier I had a word with Anamika and the way she handled the call was bad she was rude and also discconected the call with out any prompt response listen to the call and terminate that agent because she is not aware of what is C-Sat.Also Gautam is good and he helped me a lot and

I want the replacement of the system other wise there is no other option to go to the consumer court.

i had purchased sony ericsson mobile k790 15 months ago, now i m facing a problem of key pad and other functional keys are not working, it is just sutck.

BAD SERVICE PROVIDER, QUALITY OF HAND SET NOT UPTO THE MARK

I am really fed up of this sony erriscson services center people, they are least bothered of customers they are just coming and worming the chairs and they are fit for nothing as specially this ymca branch people they are worst in servicing but perfect in calculating bill making bleady asoles, i am roming from 10 months around their services center what ever the problem is the only solution they give is software updation Wat the [censored] updation, i want to say them that first update your brains then find out the problem in mobiles and solve it, i purchased the new w580i in the month of june 08 within on week the mobile is not catiching signals what the product is i am really shocked is the sony such a worst products, i gave my mobile more then 10 times but that useless fellows dont know any thing they even did not identified the problem

Please please try to find the mobile. It is very much dear to me. The person who has got the cell had immediately switched it off. when I called airtel they said , they can track only if the cell has the mobiel tracker feature in place, unfortunately, this phone doesn't have this feature. this had 2 GB external memory card as well.

Sony Ericsson — Handset not yet delivered and it already been 35 days

Sir,

I have purchased w580i on 20th Feb 2008 ,but after 6 months my mobile was dead ,so I went to service center in Hyderabad(A.P) they kept it for almost for three moths. After getting it back the problem was still there .They changed the motherboard for two times and when I again went back they started giving me meaning less reasons and in that duration my warranty period had been over
Then I call to customer care so many times ,but no use.

Again now i have given my mobile on 10th march 2010, At that time they again said same reason that my motherboard was dead and it may cost Rs.4200/-. I dont understant how mant time i have to replace my motherboard and at that time they said they deliver my product in a week but till now i dint get my mobile. Still my mobile is in Service Center.

I can't understand which type of service they provide ,even they don't have qualified workers in service centers

Please tell me what action shall I take against Sony Ericsson ,I need a strong answer from the "Sony Ericsson" company for that unsatisfactory work and I demand compensation for wasting my precious time & money. If i do not get proper response from the concern, I will be bound to knock The respectable Indian Constitution.

My friend just bought C510 yesterday and it is having the same problem...when I took a picture with that mobile...the picture had no quality at all and it had a greenish hue to it...I never expected something like this from sony ericsson !!!

sony ericsson mobile K310i — defect in functioning

my handset is not responding well since a week . many of times it goes blank then automatically sometimes it start searching network or window appears telling to insert sim , then again it comes to normal after some times ,sometimes I s/w it on/off then it come to normal.please suggest if any thing can be done on phone setting otherwise please tell me the service center at Jamnagar , Gujrat.

Sony T90 Digital Camera — BATTERY LOCK IS NOT WORKING

We are font of sony products. We purchased[ at u s a through my relation ] T90 camera on 17.3.10, and we received at india yesterday . The camera is good but the battery lock which going to lock the battery in the battery slot is not working. May be the sping is damaged or something .
Kindly instruct to your india sony service center at visakhapatnam to take care of this product , since sony is having worldwide service .
As per your instruction / reference number i approach the sony service center , visakhapatnam, under the warranty at the earliest , if required i produce the invoice copy also

I have 3 times registered this mobile for warranty with in couple of months

Problem: Dead

Problem: Display problem, junk and graphical error.

Still I faced the same problem after that couple of warranty service. Now I am facing intermittent display (some time black and color display) then it will restore after 2, 3 times restarting the mobile.

Now I have to register the same for today itself. It is a third time of warranty service in couple of months.

So please I request you to replace the fresh one. I never want to go to register the same for lot of time for warranty service. I have no back up mobile for my personal use also.

So kindly I request you to do the needful.

I am from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I purchased a brand new Sony Ericsson Yari set two months before getting attracted to its feature of 3G Technology and high pixel camera. But from the day of purchase, i had anonymous complaints with the set that i had to submit it to the authorized service centre twice for updating the software. After those was cleared, a new problem i faced was with the keypad. Again i had to submit the phone to the service centre and i face a delay for the delivery of goods as it being the 20th day, getting a cold response from the authorities of the service centre that the element that has to be replaced is out of stock. As i am little aware of the business procedures carried out for the phone sales i want the set to replaced by a new one ( whether the same model or a different one of same brand as i am regular user of this brand). But the service centre authorities are claiming to fox the problem within a week. I am totally dissatisfied with the usage of this phone regarding to the complaints frequently i have being facing within two months of purchase .
Please contact me with any solutions if any available for the replacement of the set. The service centre authority claims it to be a lengthy procedure if i opt for replacement.

Sony Ericsson — NO solution after a month

Purchased a sony w995(used 1 month). Problem faced is am unable to download mp3's,videos, from any html webs, as well as i cant just load youtube videos.. Wheras the same thing with same simcard with same GPRS plan i get all this things working in my w910i.

As per sony customer care i upgraded my phone but the same prob, I resubmitted and i got it back after a month saying that the board is being replaced and all this things will be working properly. But still the same problem.... No 1 is helping me out....


What should i do now ? I havnt used it more than 5 days.....

Sony Ericsson W 205 — not proper work

hellow mam/sir,
This is to inform you that my cell (W 205) is not proper work. it not done even 1 year. with in 7 to 8 months, I gone for the services. There are too many problems like not work that is if we want to cancel or pick up then its not work, automatic switch off, automatic save number deleted, low battery automatic etc.. i have alreay replace the handset but the problem is not yet solved. When i was gone today the P9 service center at majuragate the person told me what should i do if it's not work. Is this the way to talk with customer????

So now I am totaly bored so I want my money back and one more thing is that every person give the different answer.
