[Resolved]  SPEED CAR HELPLINE — WRONG ALLEGATIONS

IN ONE O[censored]R BLOGS REGARDING FASTRACK CAR HELPLINE ONE DR ALOK HAVE WRONGLY ASSOCIATED SPEED CAR HELPLINE WITH FASTRACK AND ACCUSED US OF DUPING PEOPLE.
I STRONGLY OBJECT TO THIS REMARK AND REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE OF THIS BLOG AS IT SEEMS THAT HE IS SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH OUR COMPETITIVE COMPANIES. I AM MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SPEED CAR HELPLINE AND I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF THIS " DR AMIT" SO THAT I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM IN DELHI POLICE'S NEWLY FORMED CYBER CRIME CELL.

fast track is worst on road car helpline i have ever seen... every time to get their help i have to tried atleast 100 times to contact them.. and even then they report after 3 to 5 hrs...it is totally rubbish

I AM GAURAV CHOPRA MY MEMBERSHIP NO IS 7611 YESTERDAY I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY CAR BATTERY PROBLEM. THE PERSON ON YOUR SIDE TOLD ME THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY WILL VISIT MAX BY 30 MINUTES BUT AFTER ONE HOUR AGAIN I CALLED ON SAME NUMBER AND YOUR PERSON SAID HE IS NEARBY MY PLACE HE WILL BE THERE IN 5 MINUTES BUT AGAIN HE DIDNT ABLE TO MAKE IT IN THE MEAN WHILE I HAVE SOME URGENT WORK TO DO THAT GOT DELAYED AGAIN I CALLED AFTER HALF AN HOUR THEN AGAIN I GOT SAME RESONSE HE VISIT MY PLACE APPROXIMATELY AFTER 2 AND HALF HOUR. BEING A VERY GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER THIS TYPE OF SERVICES ARE NOT EXPECTED FROM YOUR SIDE . PLS BE AWARE ABOUT THE SERVICES SO THAT WE AS A CUSTOMER DID NOTSUFFER.

I truly agree with Neeraj. I have taklen their services and found very usefull even at 2-30 in the night . The driver came is very decent and not only has resolved my problem but escorted me till Noida sec 27 also.

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Service delays

Hi,

This is regarding the services provided by the speed car helpline. I have called speed on 26th may at 10.13 am for replace of my car tyre. I have repeatedly called the car helpline 6 to 7 times but they never reached to my place till 2 o'clock.

I want the refund of my money back. I have availed the membership in the month of jan 09. Till date i have not availed any facility from speed. My membership no. 4520.

I am Ayog S. Raj. & my membership no. is 15356. Yesterday on[protected] at 4.15 PM I was stuck at New friends colony as there was some problem in my car & it was not getting started. I made a call to Speed helpline at 4.28 PM & they assured me to come within 30 minutes. at 4.56 PM I made another call again they assured me that the person was reaching there within 10 minutes. At 5.33 PM I made 3rd call this time I was very annoyed by their irresponsible answers & I made very serious comment to the guy who picked up the phone. The person Mr. Yogesh, I suppose made a conference call to the person who was supposed to visit me, he told he was very near to the place. At 5.47PM I made a call to my friend who lives near by, he came along with local mechanic at 6.10 PM & it took hardly 10 minutes to got things done but still no one came from Speed. I left the place & made another call to Speed and still they had no answer. No one can tolerate this type irresponsible & pathetic service.
I have SPEED card helpline service since last 2 year, today(20-Jun-2009) was first day when I actually needed help, my car Tyre was puncture wanted to replace. I called SPEED helpline 5 times giving reference of my membership no from 17:05 PM / 17:20 PM / 17:40 PM / 17:50 PM/ 18:00 PM. Every time I am getting answer their guys are on the way, they will call me back and tell me their exact location and tentative time, when they would be here . I never got any call back from them, every time I was the person only who was calling them. Finally I got help from one the drive of car standing besides the road, I could got my replaced. Such horrible experience with SPEED, I can only ask to the readers never ever go to SPEED. I can only consider SPEED as irresponsible, unprofessional company.

My membership no. is 15636. I called on [protected] and told my problem of tyre puncture on road. I cud not give them the membership no at that point but on my request speed people registered the problem and assured me that problem would be resolved in 30 minutes. I made the call at 7:40 pm and recalled them at 9:10 pm, the person told me that he is near to our place 3km away and will address us in 15 min. But till 10:45 he had not come. He called us and said that he will reach in another 15 min.
In this duration, I had solved my problem with the help of some people...

Now I am calling these people to pay back my membership fees...Because my purpose of buying this facility is not solved...But they are not picking any of my numbers...
I am sure that i will make this complaint upto top mgmt people so that they have a learing and they cannot fool me and other people again.

In first line you are telling that Dr. Alok made a wrong accusation then later you are looking for Dr. Amit to sue him. You seem to be as careless as your helpline people.

You have made a very strong objections about one person wrongly associating you with Fastrack but at the same time you have not said anything about all the other complaints about your own comapny. All o[censored]s would appreciate an apology from you for all these complaints and also list the actions you have taken to ensure this does not happen to your valued customer again.

I took the mebership of "Speed", which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.They promise that their mechanic will reach to the spot within 30 mintues.

My car got stuck 3 times in past 15 days and i called Speed's call center everytime.But not even a single time any of their mechanic came to repair my car on the spot.Instead they kept on lying that their mchanic has already left will reach to the spot soon.I waited for 2 and half hours and after that i had to drag my car to the nearest mechanic myself.

I missed an important meeting at office due to which i had to face serious concequences from my company.I also had to drag my car myself.

I want the refund of the money that i paid for mebership and also a strict action should be taken agains Waris auto services so that they can not cheat other innocent consumers like me.If a lady stucks at odd hours and trust these guys that they will come for her help, i guess she will not get any help.

I HAVE REGISTER A COMPLAINT AT YOUR CENTER ON SATURDAY(11/07/09) AT 7.45 PM FOR GURGAON . ABOUT 8.30 AGAIN I CALLED UP AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE PERSON AND HE WILL REACH YOU WITH IN FEW MINUTES. AFTER 10 OR 15 MIN. I CALLED UP AGAIN AND YOUR ATTENDENT ASSURED ME AGAIN THEN I ASKED FOR MECHENICS CONT.NO BUT HE MADE A THREE WAY CONFRENCING. YOUR MECHENIC TOLD ME THAT HE IS SOME WHERE AROUND KAPASHERA BORDER IN DELHI AND STUCK IN JAM.AROUND 9PM SOMEHOW I GET MY CAR STARTED AND CALLED UP AGAIN, AND ASKED YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE MECHENIC TO MEET ME AT GURGAON- FARIDABAD ROAD AS IT WILL BE EASY FOR HIM.RESPONSE WAS THE SAME " I M COMING SIR, JUST 10 MIN. SIR . BUT THAT WAS NOT THE END WHEN I REACHED THE MEETIN POINT AND CALLED UP "THE SPEED CAR HELPLINE", YOUR T.PHONE ATTENDENT TOLD ME " SIR SHIFT HAS BEEN CHANGED SO I DONT HAVE AN IDEA ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT". NOW THE TIME IS AROUN 9.45 IN NIGHT AND YOU ARE STANDING HELPLESS ON A ROAD WHERE MISSHAPPEING LIKE ROBERY, MURDER HAPPENS REGULERLY.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THAT WAS ?
AT LAST I REQUEST A VIILAGER AND GET MY CAR TOE TO MY PLACE AT FARIDABAD AND PAID HIM 1000 RS/ AFTER HAVING SO CALLED CAR HELPLINE MEMBERSHIP.

I became SPEED's member with a trust on SPEED's services and reputation.I had a strong belief that SPEED will provide me best of its services and will come for my help in case my car stucks in Delhi/NCR. But i am very sorry to say that SPEED has not kept its promise and has disappointed me in providing customer services.

My car got mechanical problem twice in last 15 days.Each time i called on [protected]/72/73 numbers.I registered my complaint and the guy there asured that the mechanic will reach the place withing 30-40 minutes.But each time none of your men came for help.After waiting for 1 hour or so i dragged my car myself to the nearest workshop and got it repaired.
When such a thing happened for the first time i ignored it as there could be some reason that meachanic could not reach.But the same thing happened with me second time also and not only i faced this problem with speed but two of my friends, whom i suggested to take SPEED's membership also faced similar problem.

When we called customer care for clarification their reply was pathetic and we felt as if we have done something wrong by taking SPEED's mebership.
I than spoke in the account's department for refund and the lady there assured that the cheque will be delivered within a week.More that 20 days have passed and i have not received any refund as of now.

I and my 2 friends feel cheated now.I had a strong trust on SPEED's services and reputation but it is very disappointing to see such a big brand has such poor services and customer relations.

I request you to please check into this matter asap.Money doesn't matter in these days but what matters is the trust on your brand.

I warn anyone who is planning to take speed's services.They are fraud.They do not provide any service.Just take money.They have made this a business to take money from customers and than do not provide nay service.

I have been using race helpline service since last year but as there services are also very poor and they also either don't reach or reach after 3 or 4 hours of waiting time I was planning to switch over to speed car helpline service but after going through your comments I have changed my mind.

I made the call at 6:00 pm and recalled them at 7:00 pm, the person told me that he is near to Janak Puri and our place 6km away and will address us in 15 min. But till 10:45 he had not come. Still call not received.

In this duration, I had solved my problem with the help of some people.

I have called the speed car helpline yesterday(1.8.09) at 10:30am after getting the phone nos. busy for a long time. I got a message thta the vehiclke will come within 30 minutes at Badli Mod. Then after 1.30 hrs I have called again & got message that the vehicle has started from Pritam Pura & will recah there in 15 moinutes. But there ia no vehicle till 1:50 pm & I was waiting there in hot humid whether waitinbg for help being my first experience. Being a corporate customer I didn, t get the help in time. Now when at 2pm vehicle recahed he has denied to toe my vehicle to the nearest Maruti master service station near GTK depot which is approx. 1.5 kms from Badli mod stating some ununderstandable reason that wagon R cannot be toewed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service & going to complain it in my corporate office todiscontimue any relationship with Speed car helpline in future.

I am very much disappointed with the services and decided not to continue my membership in future or never suggest any one for becoming a speed member.
On 11 Aug 09 morining when I was ready for office, I found that my car is not being started. I called your speed helpline and they told me that the mechanic will reach me within half an hour. But after half an hour, when I called once again then they told me that it will take around one hour more. After one hour at 11:30 am they simply told that services are not provided at home. And speed will not help me for the breakdown.
I would like to know that why it was not told to me at my first call.
Secondly I was assured at the time of purchase that the services are provided at home also.
Now after this they again assured me that mechanic will reach me surely but still I am waiting on 17th of Aug but nobody has reached me till now.
I think this is a breach of contract.
In our office, approx 9-10 members has taken this facility after my recommendation but now I am advising all of them not to trust on Speed service as they are no1 cheater in this industry.
Thanx for cheating me and developing a dissatisfied customer.
