atm transaction problem — amount not refunded

i am using sbm atm card. on[protected] I witdrawed sum of rupees 2000 in hdfc atm using my sbm atm card. but i could not receive the amount but it i showed that theamount has been transacted. but i didnt get my amount. i have already lodged complaint in both the banks but i have not received any response.please do consider this and help me out. my account number is [protected].sbm account.

Bank Of India & HDFC Bank — Refund Of Debit

Sir,

This is to inform you that my ATM cum debit card is blocked in HDFC bank ATM infront of newdelhi railway station(Ajmeri gate side). I have submitted a complaint through email and the reference number is 576992. i haven't got any money, my ATM card and recipt also but i got the message in my mobile ( 2 Times) that Rs 5000/ is debitted from my account on[protected] at 04:59 PM. This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

Rs. 5000 has been debited from my account by 2 times but only one time of refund was credited to my account.

Still I did'nt get a refund of Rs. 5000/- back.

I had deposited my ATM card one year back in the brach mentioned above for blocking the same . but to my surprise that My accouynt is still being debited for ATM annual charge which is not justified. So kindly enquire at your end and reverse the charges immediatewly.

Dear Mr Goel,

This is in reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your Bank of India savings account in spite of non-dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM.

Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e bank of India] branch where you hold the savings bank account.

2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.

3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which should be credited to your account by your respective bank.

cash withdrawal — multi charge on debit card

I am Prerna Gusain a customer holding an account with your bank. sir i am really dissatisfied by the services provided by your bank. it has been around 1 month that i am being troubled in January when i was traveling to Delhi i tried to take out my money from my account 3 times and first 2 times the transaction was not done it was declined. and when at the 3rd time it was completed i took out 4000 rs the balance left was 11000 but when later i returned to Shimla and checked the balance it was 3000. a sum of 8000rs was deducted automatically.
I gave a written request for he problem i was asked to call the complaint cell and take the complaint number. i did that and was promised that the money would be credited in4-5 days but it has been 3-4 weeks.
I am really annoyed and i want my money back. I am giving u my account number as well as my complaint number which was given to me by your bank.
kindly help me as soon as possible or I would have to move to consumer court.

State Bank of Patiala — no cash from atm

i meera jangir having my saving account with state bank of patiala mini sectt. branch gurgaon.on 5 oct 2009 i tried to withdraw rs.2000 from icici bank atm located in the campus of delhi metro rail depot shastri park new Delhi. neither the amount nor the slip came out of the atm machine but the amount has deducted from the account. i given complaint about this in written 2 times to the native branch but no action has been taken so far.

Punjab National Bank — Amount through debited in SB Account but Amount not received from ATM

I had oprated ATM located near punjab naional Bank Aashiana Lucknow Branch in Khazana Complex.on 3rd August 2010 .The Amount of Rs. 2000/= was though debited in my Saving Bank Account No-[protected] held in the above Bank but the Amount was not received.I had given compain on next dayin writing but neither the Amount is credited to my saving bank nor I have heard any commnication from Bank.

State bank of mysore ATM — AMOUNT NOT COMING BUT MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED

Dear Sir,

My name is Malini Mohan, residing at No. 16(6) Kannilal Street, Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004. Today morning I tried to withdraw cash from State Bank of Mysore ATM's in Mylapore, Chennai. It kept saying unable to process but when I took balance statement to my shock I found that my account is debited. When contacting my bank State Bank of Mysore, Santhome Branch the response was very bad. I had a balance of Rs. 50,000 and now it shows balance of Rs. 15,000. From 7 a.m. in the morning till 10.30 a.m. the agony I underwent to trace the amount I want to be compensated. Moreoever no one is telling my when this amount will be recredited to my account. I also called State Bank of Mysore helpline at 8.45 a.m. the response was very bad. I want to be compensated for the mental agony and I needed this amount urgently but it is locked due to some software problem and I do not know whether I will get back the amount. Please help me out. Myself is Mahavir Goyal s/o Sh. L.R.Goyal r/o H.No. B-V 1271, Street No. 2, Jain Nagar,
Abohar, Tehsil Abohar, District Ferozepur. On dated 04.10.2010 at about 3:00 PM, I went
to the local branch at Jain Nagar road, Abohar to deposit a sum of Rs. 14000.00 in the
account of Vipan Kumar (Account No. [protected]) of Bhadour, District Barnala, Punjab.
The cash detail in the voucher was as Rs. 10 x 1400 notes. When I appear in person to
deposit said amount on the concerned cash counters, Sh. Kamalpreet Singh & Sh. Naresh
Kumar the said bank branch accountants became angry & they clearly denied to accept
the cash in my hand & also asked in Punjabi language that "pata nahi kithon bhikhari
10-10 de note lai ke aa jande ne" which means Beggars came here with Rs. 10 notes.
I was shocked to hear such an insulting words from the said officials from an esteemed
Bank. Please take an appropriate legal action against the said irresponsible persons
appropriately at your kind ends.

I withdrew 2000 from the sbi atm of sariya (jharkhand) using the idbi account number and the money got stuck into the atm...i wanted the money urgently but it will be refundable in 12 days...please help
