SIR-I HAVE ASEVING A/C NO. [protected](SHER SINGH) AT SBOP.KHANNA(PUNJAB)
On dated[protected] I was tried to withdraw cash from ATM operated by State Bank of PATIALA G.T ROAD KHANNA.I simply insert my ATM Card into the machine and go through proper way for withdrawal of Rs.500/- when the above ATM Machine did not complete the process for the same but when I got ATM Customer Advice I found that my above account was debited by Rs.500/-.But I did not reciept any amout,
so please refund my amount.

[protected], with jamalpur branch ( Ludhiana ), went to withdraw rs.40, 000 ( 20, 000+20, 000) from Union bank of India A.T.M. kesar ganj Ludhiana, on dated[protected], in the evening but I did not received any cash from A.T.M. instead I received the receipt of TRANSCATION DECLINED ( four times ) but my account was debited by rs. 40, 000. Please credit my account as soon as possible as rs.40, 000 is a very big amount for me.

Plz help me on this matter and do the needful

This is with reference to Current A/c [protected] . A Cheque from this a/C was withdrawn in favour of a Party of Rs 8.90 lacs, althougth there was sufficent blance in the account.

According to our knowlegde cheque is rejected byBranch MAnager, State Bank of Patiala, Auto Market, Hissar.He has rejected Cheque as we have not taken a insurance policy (investment plan) suggested by him, So imn order to remove his frustration he has rejected the cheque without any reason.

We will fetch him to the court against this wrong action of Branch Manager, if no action is taken against him.

i did transaction through its atm card in the ATM of CANARA Bank Branch IIT Powai off-site.

i withdrawl amount of Rs. 1000/- on date 03/08/2009 time- 07.40 pm term 02055059 & record no. 862 and an amount of Rs. 500/- on the same date on time 07.42 pm record no. 864.
the transaction got declined and i could not get any money.
but the money 1500/- have been deducted from my a/c.
so i request you to return the same amount in my a/c.

Bank — MONEY DEBITTED FROM ACCOUNT BUT RECEIVED THROUGH ATM

I RASHIDA HUSSAIN STATE BANK OF INDIA CUSTOMER SILVER GATE BRANCH KULSHEKAR MANGALORE HAD GONE TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM CORPORATION BANK ON 2-APRIL-2009. THE MONEY GOT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE CASH FROM THE ATM. I PLACED A COMPLAINT TO MY BANK SBI AND ALSO TO CORPORATION BANK PADAV BRANCH MANGALORE. ITS 4 MONTHS NOW STILL THE MONEY IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT INSPITE OF MY REPEATED REMINDERS. I surinder kumar working in himachal pradesh criminal investigation department office at SDA COMPLEX SHIMLA -9. I am suscriber of your bank bearing account no [protected] in state bank of patiala branch kusumpati shimla and bearing ATM card no[protected] valid from september 2008.
I used this ATM card to withdraw 5500 rupees in state bank of india branch Joginder nager, Himachal pradesh India on 10 april 2009 but money was not received and transaction slip showed deduction in balance.complaint in this regard was made to SB of Patiala branch manager kusumpatiin same time and one letter request detail was also sent SBI Joginder nagermanager on 21april 2009 but till today no any money is received in my account.
you are requested to look into matter because in the time of information technolozy it could not be solved within 4 months. I think it is very shamefull for State bank of Patiala Authority.

ABN AMRO — Money withdrawn from account

ABN converted my account from 0 balance to flexi savings then deducted 500 Rs twice because of insufficient balance which caused 1 of my EMIs (electronic clearance of ABN personal loan) to bounce.Collections guys call and harassed me. I was told that a request form will be sent to me which needs to be filled to convert my account to 0 balance again because this account has only two transaction a month : 1 when I deposit money and 2 when Electronic clearance happens. There was no sign of anything for another month. Now I called customer care and spoke to some supervisor called Gunjan (wonder if all the supervisors go with same name)... who told me that the request can be submitted only at the branch irrespective of where in the world I am, I have to go the nearest branch (please see the list of their branches in Bangalore... there is only 1... and they ask you to go to branch as if it is present in every corner. They do not accept a fax, a courier or any other form of request. You need to only visit the branch... Otherwise, they will keep deducting the money and keep bouncing your EMIs and lose the payments for their own personal loan and then send that to their collection agents (m sure they are paid as well), who will then become pain in my neck. Then I will call the call center, they will reverse the deduction and the cycle will restart :) phew !!! I have had such bad experience with this bank, I would have deactivated my account, had it not been my EMIs which were tied to it. But I do my bit by ensuring my family and friends stay away from ABN...

[protected], card no.[protected], when i use my atm card in sbop bank atm in saha(5093) ambala(haryana) at 10/08/2009 on 9pm i have withdrawals Rs 300/-, but atm show that your transanction time out, i repeat this process again but then same problem, next day i check my a/c mini statement, it show the debit of amt. 300/- two time, plz check my problem.

I have used my ATM on dated 08/08/2009 between 8:30pm to 9:00 pm at Shimla and given the command for Rs. 3000/- but ATM gave a message for insufficient fund. The ATM used under question was of IDBI Bank. Later on when i check my account balance on SBI ATM machine. Then i noticed that Rs. 3000 is deducted from my account.

You are requested to kindly take up to the matter with IDBI Bank authorities and add this amount in my account as soon as possible.

Banking — Non retrieval of cash but debitting the same from the account

I have a SB account with SBI-Rajender Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad, UP. I used SBI atm card in HDFC bank ATM machine located at Shalimar Garden Ext-II, Sahibad, Gaziabad on[protected] around 1710 hrs to retrieve an amount of Rs.2, 000/-. But the the ATM machine fished out only Rs.100/- instead of Rs.2000/-.The ATM transaction record slip showed withdrawal of Rs.2000/- and thus the same amount had been debitted from my A/C No.[protected]. The matter was immediately reprted to the Manager HDFC, Bank, Shalimar Garden who requested to make a written complaint to The SBI, Branch, Rajender Nager. On[protected], a written complaint n the matter was submitted to the Branch Manager, Rajender Nagar SBI Branch in proper receipt. But despite several visits regarding non crediting of the balance amount in my account, the sbi personnel do not seem to be taking any action into this matter. I was told it would take a months time to redeem the balance amount but its been more than four months now and no action has been taken as of now. Hence itis requested to kindly look into the matter and oblige.

ABN Amro Bank, Bangalore — ATM cash withdrawal reversal

I tried to withdraw Rs. 10, 000/- from Bank of Baroda, Surat. The ATM dispensed only Rs. 500/- and the remaining Rs. 9500/- went inside but my account is debited Rs. 10000/-.

I lodged the complaint in customer care and nothing is happened till today.
