I have posted several feedback related to delay in delivery for Suzuki Access 125 but never received any response. Are Suzuki management are dumb or chosen not to response. This is a unprofessional on part of Suzuki.

Further the On Road price mentioned on Suzuki website is not the same what dealer asks for On Road Price. Dealer's price is much higher than price on Website. Can Suzuki management confirm this.

I would apreciate if MD/GM of Suzuki take a note of this.

I am Suffering customer of Suzuki Access... I bought in the year 2008 by booking and waited for more than 40 days for this useless scooter.

From the beginning the running cut-off is there in the vehicle. (The scooter engine will become switch-off suddenly when it is running in good speed in a main road without any reason... As you aware, it's not possible to use self-start or kick-start that time and the heavy vehicle which is following us may not expect this, I met with an accident and many near miss cases)

When ever I was there in the dealer service center and many times heard from other customer as well about this problem and the poor design is not suitable for Indian roads.

After repeated complaint and services No solution for it. In my cost they changed the carburetor, engine piston & rings, valve seat, etc. to solve this problem in every service of last six months and the cast is more than Rs.10, 000/- but problem not yet resolved. (December 2001 totally 6 services and 4 break down service in that)

The pathetic thing is there is no customer care mail ID for Suzuki Motors India and no response for my complaints registered in their web-site. This is the way Suzuki Motors India is exploiting the Indian customer.

Kindly think twice before going for Suzuki Access for your beloved ones, because of the 'running cut-off' it's dangerous for them.

It is with utmost distress, and a feeling of misplaced trust, I had to write this to you.
I have always been an admirer of Suzuki which is demonstrated by the Suzuki car which I have always owned and drive even now. Taking the track record positively, I bought a Suzuki Sling shot plus motor bike in May 2012 from ABT Two wheeler from Nandanam, Chennai. The vehicle registration number is TN 22 CS 1257. It has done less than 1200 kms as on date.
Right from the day I bought it, without exaggeration, I have gone to the showroom eleven times, including returning to them on the day of purchase. This is because, even on the day of taking delivery of the vehicle, the front handle bar wobbled (which is accepted by the dealer as well). The service centre tried to repair it many times but it has not been set right till now. Perhaps it is a design fault. Continuing to ride the bike hurts my shoulders and as a result pains. The dealer also could not help me either solve the issues nor is of any avail to the issue at hand.
The vehicle is now exhibiting a list of issues – 1. the handle bar wobbling, 2. the self-start issue and 3. exhaust pipe has discolored even within 5 months of purchase and with parking it in a covered parking area. The dealer mentioned that it could happen in 1 out of several bikes.
I requested the dealer to talk to you and find a solution, but have not got a reply so far. Atleast I am trying to re-sell my vehicle with the help of the dealer, which I bought with lots of trust, happiness and imagination, but I don’t know how much the dealer will be able to help. The vehicle is still with the dealer for about six days including today.
While I would not like to confront either the company or the dealer, I sincerely request your kind advice as to how to proceed in this matter. If you think it is a design fault or a fault that cannot be addressed, I would not handle it any more since in the long term, it will hurt by back and shoulders and fall adversely on my health. But express your frank opinion. Being a Japanese company and a standard one at that, it is correct on my part to expect your quick reply to my concern. I am giving my contact details below. I tried many times to reach you through your website which, shows some internet based errors.

I purchased a scooter Access125 on[protected].After 10 months of purchasing, the self of the scooter started missing.I got it checked at the Roto Auto Service centre jalandhar.The service centre said that battery is down and charged and gave me back.After few days the same problem occurred.I again went to Roto Auto service station on 19/11/12.They said that it is not again charging properly and that battery is under warranty and can be replaced.They removed the battery and gave me a slip for replacement.In the meantime i went several times to the service centre, but was told that it will take some time.After 1 month 19/12/12 i was called up by the centre that my battery can not be replaced.I have been harrassed for more than 1½ month.My fault is just that i purchased Access(Suzuki).My knee has been replaced and I cannot kick start the scooter, that is why i purchased auto start scooter.The warranty of the battery of my scooter is till 26/12/12.

Please replace the battery of my scooter, otherwise I will have to go to consumer court.Waiting for a quick reply.

I bought Suzuki-GS150 R in JAV Motors Pvt Ltd SUZUKI Chennai - Adyar( New No 23 Old No 10, Opp To Malar Hospital, Adyar Bridge Road, Adyar, Chennai - 600020 ) on[protected].

Registration NO: TN-07 BT 6556 .But in the bike they not install battery exit pipe so that acid came out and fully spoiled the bike body and metal get rust .They not changed bike not even take solution and even painting work on the bike they cheated us.

The first service is worst .They just wash the bike not made any change.Now the bike sound is horrible and suspension is not good and when i drive bike above 50Km/hr the the sound from the disc brake and drive only 1300Km only .They totally cheated.

..Plz avoid suzuki bikes.

i own a suzuki acess125, on[protected] from ESSCO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and i done the first service on[protected] there.unfortunately the service person has delivered the suzuki acess125, without tightening the oil drawn nut and I am suppossed to drive the vehicle without oil for more than 2 kms.When I complaint to the service supervisor he was arguing at me that the access will run without oil about 5 kms.After this incident some type of noise is coming out from my engine.Vehicle has drawn only 723 kms.

My wife working as police official in Thiruvananthapuram owns a Suzuki Access 125. I took the vehicle to ESSCO Motors Thiruvananthapuram which is 30 kms from my house for service. The company gave today’s date for service during the last service. I reached the showroom by 10 am. The officials there rejected to receive my vehicle for service. My plea to accept the vehicle was rejected with bad responses from the part of the showroom staff. My sister working in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram was planning to purchase a vehicle and I recommended her to purchase this vehicle. But now I regret to recommend the vehicle. I may ask my sister to propogate not to purchase this vehicle from ESSCO Motors, Thiruvananthapuram. Moreover I like to inform all my friends not to purchase this vehicle from such an irresponsible dealer.

1-they never have byke part on s spot we have to wait long to get it.

I Sri A.K. Dash have a Suzuki Acess No-OR 02 2698.Mob-[protected] I went to your Super Sale SC at Mancheswar on Dt 27/12/2013 for service of my scooter. I have already register for Kick start, low mileage, steering problem etc. But It has not repaired the bike properly so That I face again problem of Kick Starting on 28/12/2013 which I again intimate them. But they say that we will go to your house for repairing and give a contact no of a mechanic. But on that day he has not pick up the mobile. So I inform to Mr A. Das(its supervisor) bearing Mob no-[protected]. But he came to our house and repair it and Charge Rs 150/- as per SC chart without any Bill . It is for your kind information that Complains are not solved in SC and intentionaly and charged later as per your rate without any bill. Kindly take necessary step to resolve the problem which hamper your company image.

I have purchased Suzuki access 3 years before and since last year I am facing starting problem with the vehicle. I have reported to your service centre in Pune at Swargate Suzuki several times but my problem is unsolved till now. When asked the response was that compressor is weak, another says to change compressor and third person says we can't change compressor, fourth person says the problem is forever. I think your mechanics are not that efficient or they are not properly trained from your side.
My friend and my sister were having Suzuki access and they too were having same problem which was unsolved and they finally sold it got new Honda activa.
Hope the reply comes soon with solution and not like your mechanics.

my bike has been not starting several times, even i had changed baterry also, it was not starting, and giving problem to me, i didnt satsify with dis bike
I own a Suzuki Access 125 since Sep 2011. It has been giving
trouble since I bought the bike. I have been giving my bike for servicing at
Ibays Suzuki and Venkateshwara Suzuki Hyderabad, which are the authorized
dealers of Suzuki Motors. I have visited more than 20 times during this 2 and
half years and I have all the receipts with me. Though I have complained about
the starting problem multiple times, none of the service center could found the
root cause. Myself being non-technical on mechanics, I had to accept whatever
the service center advised me. Finally last week, the new manager of
Venkateshwara Suzuki service center identified the issue to be in Engine and
now will replace the faulty part, which will costs me Rs. 6000.00 because my
warranty period has expired by this time. Upon further enquiry he says that he
is not aware of what has happened so far but can guaranty his fixture of faulty
part. I am still concerned why this was not identified by any of the dealer
before and if it was a faulty part from company then why should I bear the
cost, which is a big amount for me.

multiple times but no one responds. Now I am losing my patience and faith on

I am having Suzuki&gt; access Bike it was delivered from Aryan Suzuki show room&gt; T.C-Palya Bangalore. on past two months back, its &gt; Registration no KA01HT5100 &amp; Chassis no&gt; :MB8CF4CALD8255025, Engine no: FU[protected]. it completes&gt; only two free services, Kilometer reading : 2478-km. while&gt; start the vehicle automatically without accelerator rising&gt; vehicle getting to over speed near 100 it can't coming&gt; to control, &amp; some times vehicle not at all starting up&gt; and while riding the bike suddenly it&gt; getting off and again it will not getting start, &gt; after the second free service only this problem occurring in&gt; the vehicle, several times informed regarding this problem&gt; regarding the service time and its not solved, once again&gt; your people said to get the vehicle to service center at&gt; that time also the problem wall solved, nearly&gt; 30-Km's from your show room to my residence, after the&gt; service same problem in the bike if i call them they say to&gt; get the bike to show room but the problem remains same, i am&gt; old age person using this bike there is no security for my&gt; life with your bike and Service done from you i cant travel&gt; daily to your show room up to 30-Km's, take the action&gt; on it.
