I am Balaji.H.P, my number is 9036611335.i gave the complaint regarding this issue, but there is no use. The issue is, I have used the internet in my mobile on 2nd to 10th Nov. they deducted Rs.15 and odd from my main account, though I have the internet package. Executive called me from Andhra Pradesh, they dint solved the issue they told they will call me again (9/11/10) with in half an hour, but they dint called me, instead of that I got the message as this issue is solved, and the complaint is closed. Then today (10/11/10) morning in my main account Rs 13.73 left. I used the internet in the morning again now the main balance is nil. Till date they deducted up to Rs.30. they are harassing me. Please help to solve this issue.
