Meaningless messages from 54321 service

Hi,
I have been receiving some html format messages from 54321 service DOCOMO daily atleast 6 to 10. Its really annoying to see my mobile vibrating for such useless things.. and deleting those messages is really irritating.Please look into this issue before it forces me to flip to other service....

very poor customer support

I have registered a complaint regarding unable to access internet. Nobody has responded more than a week..fed-up of calling customer support and escalating to higher authorities...my kind request to everybody don't ever try this network by seeing the ad's.....

3g plan problem

Being billed for not providing any service

I have a Tata Docomo post paid sim connection ([protected]). Since April 2013 till date there is no network being provided. The provider has been sending me monthly bills even without providing the service and despite repetitive complaints they seem to turn a blind eye. I have lost a few business deals accounting to a financial loss due to their bad service. Please help....
