Not receiving PAN card
Dear Sir
I had applied to UTITSL on 16th of Jan 2008 for PAN card and paid up the necessary fees on same day, but till today after one month of application i had not received my PAN card as i urgently need for banking purpose
As per the claim of UTITSL they issue PAN card within 15 working days but in my case its more than 1 months time they take and still not replying in proper manner, the phone for inquiry of PAN card is not working all the time its engaged
I request you to do some action against UTITSL, my details for application is as below

I had applied to UTITSL on 05th of mar 2007 for PAN card and paid up the necessary fees on same day, but till today after one month of application i had not received my PAN card as i urgently need for banking purpose

i ve applied 4 pan card in 2002, i got pan num but din't recive pan card so far
even i ve applied twice request for it.

With most respectfully hereby I do forward you two application forms for PAN card against our organization namely “Indigenous Mission (IM)” and another one is for namely Mrs. Atu Kangu.
And please find enclosure DD No. 281443 dated 29.05.2008, drawee at branch Mumbai code no. 7690, and amount is Rs. 160/- (one hundred sixty) only, followed details;
1. Processing fee charges Rs 60/- each, i.e. 60+60=120/-
2. and Service tax Rs. 07/- each i.e. 07+07= 14/- as per instruction in form ITS 49A.
3. Registration postal charge Rs.26/- for both (two cards).
Hence, for two PAN cards Rs. 160/- only
And also enclosed two each attested certificate copies for proof & identity;
1. Indigenous Mission, colouring copy of Societies registration certificate & Memorandum of organization.

Still I was not rececived the card on my address but status in oursite was sent by post. While I enquired in our area post office, it was not received to them. I have the honour to inform you that I had applied for Pan Card on 30.12.2008 but till date I have not been able to get my Pan Card for above mentioned application.
In your earlier reply you had instructed to send the acknowledgement reference to issue duplicate in case of non-receipt of Pan Card. In this connection I had already sent my application along with attachments. But I failed to get my Pan Card.(copy enclosed as attachment)
Through this mail, once again I request you kindly to look into the matter and see that I may get the Pan Card at an earlier date. I am ready to pay the additional cost, if it is sent by registered post.
