vendee fashion jewels - purchase product from homeshop18

Hello sir/mam,

I am Bhavikkumar dhagat , i have purchase5 Gold-plated Pendant Sets with Intricate Pearl Work by Vendee Fashions o from homeshop18 site. ( vendee fashion jewels ) order no. 702615115 dated 05/02/2010 and the product price was 2250 rs. i received the product but found damage .. so i sent back to them ...I sent POD( proof of delivery also ) then also ..they said we didn't received and till now they didn't sent anything
please help me to solve this issue..
i am going to attached my POD with this ..
