[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile Tower Company — Money fraud case.....no work done

sir; i had been cheated by virgin mobile tower company . I deposited fist rs 4300 for the registration then then i got agreement letter in which i got information for depositing rs.45000 under Telecom Act 1972 as a government tax or service tax on dated 15.09.2010 . i deposited all money in the A/c of nikhat parveen a/c no. is [protected] . after this when i made a call on [protected] &[protected] they did not response . now all the nos. are coming switched off . now what can i do please help me my contact no. is [protected].please help me on this issue.

Going through an advertisement for tower fixation on land. I call on the given numbers they told me to deposited the sum of Rs.4150/- in the A/c of Mr. saheb ali [protected] state bank of india, which we deposited on Dt. 16.10.10, than after they call me back and told that we send you a letter by post. But after three or four days the all mobile nos. were switch off. I find the address on the Internet B-19, Sec - 9, 2nd floor, Lucknow, UP, which is given in letter, but the address is wrong. A letter received Dt: 02-Dec -2010 an Agreement Letter in which they are asking us to deposit a sum of Rs.45000/- under Telecom Act, 1972, and for more details contact on the Mob. But after three or four days the all mobile nos. were switch off.
