मेरा वोडाफ़ोन नं [protected] है। मैं वोडाफ़ोन पिछले 6 महिनोसे इस्तेमाल कर रहा हु। मै पिछले 15 सालोसे मोबाइल यूज़ कर रहा हु। लेकिन वोडाफ़ोन जैसी बकवास सर्विस शायद ही किसी कंपनी की होगी। मैं मेरे यहाँ नेटवर्क बराबर नहीं आने की कम्प्लेंट पिछले 6 महिनोसे कर रहा हु। लेकिन कंपनी की ओर से अभी तक कुछ भी नहीं किया गया। बार बार कंप्लेंट करने पर भी कुछ नहीं होता। बल्कि कंपनी बगैर प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व किये कंप्लेंट क्लोज कर देती है। कस्टमर केअर से बात करो तो वो कहते है, नया टावर लगेगा तब नेटवर्क का प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो पायेगा और उसके लिए कितना टाइम लगेगा बोल नहीं सकते। इसलिए मैं वोडाफ़ोन कंपनी की सर्विस रेटिंग -10 ( माय नस 10) देना चाहूँगा।

I always use your most of the services in my mobile which you provided me, but these days i am facing one problem with voda, my last month voda bill payment amount was 2062 its too much according to my uses i have talked to your customer care executive who pick payments and his name is titu and his contact no is this +[protected] . I have cleared all my queries to that concern person, he told me that you please pay 1100 to us, rest amount we'll waver to you within 4 days you'll get the call from voda and they will take my name and slip no. (0942) and they guys will waver your amount but i didn't get any call from ur side and my outgoing still not working.
I didn't get this kind of problem ever with vodafone. You guys are breaking the customer's faith from your company, i never expected this to you. Because of this problem i am not able to call anybody, if i have a best connection of vodafone then why should i carry. 2phones with me from 4days, i thought you will make it done as soon as possible you didn't done it till now,
I am very disappointed about this because, as per your commitment you are not completing that issue hope you guys will do something about it.
Kindly give me the better revert of this mail ASAP.

Dear Sir,

I am Asish i am using Vodaphone Sim [protected] for more than 4 years.
I have requested for the offer which is daily 1GB per day and 30 minuts call free per day for 28 days.
When i requested the on march they agreed to me that the offer will be addded to me before the 1st of april.But t i did't got the offer after that i had a talk with Mr. Jibin and Ms. Vidhya they was agreed to me that it will be accessible before april end.
Now also it is not added to my number.
