Hi I was a loyal vodafone customer user until yesterday. I called vodafone cc to find out about international roaming since I was to travel to Maldives. No one seem to be educated after running pillar to post for 6 hours the vodafone store at JMD gurgaon finally made me recharge 2000 ruppess on my phone. Phone balance was 2152 since I had previous balance. Then they said 1684 is the international pack usage and was asked to type ACT IR2 and send 144. Eureka instant message I got on my activation. Boarded the flight and at 2330 called from Colombo home for a min. Post which came to Male and ever since all out going calls barred balance -44.


I am a single lady traveller travelling alone so I have no idea what to do. Vodafone may not care but its a very very serious issue when a single lady traveller travelling for the first time out of India that too alone has to go through so much pain. I had to call family from this office locals.


Can vodafone please rise and shine to the " Happy to help" currently I feel your motto should change to " Happy to mess".

this is kishor narsule using vodafone post paid no.[protected] on 18 august 2014 three payment is made by me (Rs218, Rs 218, Rs 220) where first two payment is showing net problem but debited from my icici bank account, where last payment is successfully done. i am giving all document to vodafone store(naupada, thane, maharashtra, india ) as well sending a mail to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com with all document and getting reply on 1 September that Rs. 436 reward in my icici bank account in 48 hours.

I have vodafone post-paid connection (Gujarat Circle). Problem faced mostly during out of circle ventures (roaming). When I had gone to Bangalore in May '14 for one week. I had faced a lot of problem with the signal. At times full signal was coming and other times total signal was going off. I could not even talk to the person from whom I wanted to take the direction for reaching my destination in Bngalore !! I had a tough time throughout my stay at Bangalore. I tried Vodafone customer care for around 20 times during my stay at Bangalore in a bid to remain connected but in vain. The customer care /technical executives were not knowledgeable.


Again on my numerous visits to Delhi, I find that mobile data connectivity goes off during certain visits. When I call customer care they say problem would be resolved in 24 hrs. They call at the 23rd hour and give certain advices - which do not work and then it is almost time for me to return.


Even in my Home circle, I am unable to connect to my Corporate e-mail. Vodafone is unable to help since the last one year. It is getting connected from other service providers but not from Vodafone.
In short, Vodafone's support service is horrible and I am waiting for number portability to be fully effective so that I can switch to other service provider.

Hi I'm Rajesh Kumar, having cell no of vodafone which I'm using it since 5-6 years, but now it is very said to informing all users that they don't care the oldest customer request. My cell no-[protected]. it is post paid number but last 9th December I call to customer care number, Mr. Shiv kumar yadav was online he is customer care executive, he offered me 2nd post paid plan of INR-499/- in this 1000local &amp; STD minutes other 1000 minutes also there as per guest request either local or STD, plus 512MB 3G net data, 200SMS, about extra he told me local all call per minute 30paise And 40paise STD, and also one local vodafone number will be unlimited free on that plan. and he comment me that within 72hrs it would be activated. but after 5days later I have to call to customer number. there was female who spooked to me and she informed me that there was no activation about that plan on my number. But when asked her about shiv kumar yadav, she request me to activation that plan next 72hrs. At the last after activation of that plan when I called on customer care number to confirm again my plan, Ms. Simran was there, she told me there is no plan about 499/- which include one vodafone number and local call 30/-paise per minutes &amp;40paise STD.
After listening that I request to her to deactivate that plan immediately she was unable to do this so she transfer my call to her executive, his name was Mr. Sonu, I placed same request in front of him to deactivate that plan continue on my old plan but he was also clearly deny to do.
It was too shocked me. I don't have time to go vodafone store physically. so can anyone guide me how I can deactivate my plan without going to vodafone store.

AND I SUGGESS TO ALL VODAFONE USERS PLEASE BE CARE FULL IF YOU GOT ANY FAKE CALL FROM VODAFONE EXECUTIVE TO OFFERING PLAN FOR POSTPAID BECAUSE THEY USE TO CHEAT WITH THE CUSTOMER, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ALSO FACING MENTALY TORTER FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE ME...
We are from Techno Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Delhi and corporate customers of Vodafone. I would like to share with you my worst experience of dealing with Vodafone. They are the worst service provider. Being a corporate user, we got so many problems regarding services and other back end. Daily mail conversation needs to be send to vodafone service providers assigned to our account but no body in Vodafone do care for our issues and complaints. Sometimes credit limit automatically being raised by vodafone without any intimation and if the excess usage is there then still did not get any intimation from Vodafone side. Our bills starts raising up to 15000/- for a single user and still no one in vodafone is aware about this. When we intimated this to vodafone then did not any reply from their side. Being a corporate user we are unable to understand that how these kinds of variations can be done without the confirmation mail from the authorised signatory of the company? This is only a single issue mentioned. There are still so many more issues that we are facing being a corporate customers of Vodafone. We don't understand that to whom in Vodafone we should complaint so that our issues can be resolved? We always mailed at the nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com but at this also never got any response.
