[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — reliance data card could not be activated

Dese buggers did the same thing to a fren of mine, dey told dat they are offering a holiday package to goa alongwith the data card and that it is the last day to take it, Dey ran after her to deliver it da same day, By seeing all these complaints atleast she saved her money. Thanks guys

There is nothing that can be done.
ADAG has been providing very poor service to customers. These people are only worried about completing their targets and nothing else. ADAG should understand that people are losing their trust in it. The employees employed at Rcom outlets do not have the basic understanding of customer relationship.I have faced many such problems.

Suggest you all, never to go for any reliance product.

i have purchased reliance datacard from vriti infocom NOIDA but signals of my connection are so weak that inside of my home i can not connect to internet. How my problem can be solved. I have also complained but no satisfactory answer from company. sr. sales advisor mr puneet saxena also told me about about a promotional trip to GOA.But there is no massage for the same.my ref. no. is 1621045 and conection no. is [protected]

I was afraid of buying a data card from Vriti after having a look on this comment and chose to buy from local DSRand that was a horribel exeperince. Hence, I gave a chance to vriti, which turned as a wonderful exeperience. Later I came to know (through my personal sources) that people generally do not have a valid personal ID & address proof and expect the DSR people to cheat with Reliance group. Which is never accepted in Vriti and their connection does not get activated. Had there been any fault on Vriti's end, there product would have not been delivered...I am fortunate to buy my card from Vriti and appreciate their services.

hi my name is vikash kumar i am im in delhi im your data card buying from vriti infocom pvt.ltd, b-75 sectore-63 noida date-08.09.2009 ( deal with mr arun verma ) he said your data card will activate on 08.09.2009 night 9 o clock but data 13.09.2009 my data card is not activate.mr arun is chit my because my MDN NO is not avilable on box. i call my arun he is not pick my phone my a/c no.[protected], & rsn-rglcp[protected].

I have purchased one Reliance Data Card from Vriti infocom pvt. Ltd Bangalore by its representative Mr.Dany(Mob. No. [protected]) RSN No. RLGCP[protected] on 11/9/2009. It was informed that within 24 to 48 hours the card will be activated. But I am sorry to inform that till date it has not been activated. Mr.Dany is not picking his mobile nor at the local office they are picking the phone[protected]. Strane service. Now advise me what action I should take.

the people sitting in vriti is the group of cheaters..i have baught 3.1 data card from them on 11.09.09 and still it is not activated..those alweays busy on phone...and whenever it rings they never pick up the call...i m very frustated and feels that i have lost my money...i m thinking how to take action against them...can anybody suggest me? they have offered a goa trip to us too...

I have paid upfront cash to buy data card, they promise to activate in 24 hour but its 2nd week and still i am calling that manager, but no response.

Request you to all whosoever is reading this blog that plz do not purchase any data card from Vriti Technologies, Noida. They servicies are very poor and they cheat the people.

If somebody from Reliance is going through this blog, Request you to plz withdraw the dealership of Data Card from such guys, as this spoils the name of Reliance.

I hope you all understand the frustation and trouble that i need to face. To avoid this with any other guy i am sharing my experience.

I have bought data card online through "Vriti infocom pvt. Ltd" Noida .

Their person deliver me and collected the cash and said it will be activated in 24 hour, but its more than 1 week not been activated.that manager ([protected]) from Bangalore din't receive call or response.
Even you can try calling this no.
Plz some one help me..I am planning to go consumer forum..

i have bought the same Reliance net connect on 9th sept. 09 and my connection is still not active. the people at Bangalore office are so careless they never receive your call -[protected],[protected]TRY)

I don't know now whom to contact, as i have ordered online and their executive has delivered and collected the cash and require document.

i have even calling to Vriti infocom pvt.Noida, but in vain.

if they won't address my problem soon, i am going to consumer forum. this is no more tolerable

Another Victim of Reliance Hype about the number 1 Data Card.

I donot think reliance does not know about the activities of Vriti Infocom Private Limited, B-75, Sector-63, Noida - 201307.

Today is 24th September 2009. My Data Card Still NOT ACTIVATED.

I paid for one Data card Reliance Netconnect Hi-speed 1X, Make: L.G. on 18th September 2009 vide receipt no 4164 from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Limited.

Actually i had no idea of this kind of problem i may face when i believed Reliance's web offer.

The page above as you can see does not give you any option of checking over phone etc but to register yourself only for delivery of a Data Card. (Does it means Reliance = No 1 Fraud Company in India??)

Important part is they are very active to sell the stuff, you get immediate response till the moment you took the delivery and the money is paid.

Well thats where the HORROR begins.

Now your turn to call here call there and they get all kinda attitude. I guess its very common to Vriti Employees to receive complaint calls.No wonder they simply put the phone down once you ask about activation or MDA no etc.

As i can see so many cases pending against Vriti and i believe Reliance knows about it, But Vriti still manages to take money from innocent public who believe in the name Reliance.

I purchased Reliance Broadband+ through online from Vriti on 04/06/2009 paid Rs.5000/- and given all the document

Datacard activated on 26/06/2009 after 22 day’s

Given compliant on 27/06/2009 no network and disconnecting with 3 min

Compliant numbers[protected] and[protected]

Bill generated from 26/06/2009 to 08/07/2009 with in 13 day’s of Rs.620.40 usage of 51MB

Datacard deactivated on 27/07/2009

Bill generated from 09/07/2009 to 08/08/2009 with in 18 day’s of Rs.1, 250 usage of 150 MB

Issue not resolved, but bills are generating

Whenever I call customer care and I have been asked check now. So my usage has been updated.

I have sent so many emails to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com . But there is no reply.

Daily I need to follow up customer care and others. But no reply and no one are picking my calls.
I am getting call for the bill payment regularly.

I dont understand why reliance doesnt discontinue their tie-up with this hole Vriti Infocomm. If reliance has this attitude towards their customers then how will some third rate cheap company like Vriti be concerned.
Please guys if you have the option of Tata Photon then go for it. Tatas customer service is much better. No wonder Reliance is going down each day.

VritiInfocom .the official fraud site of reliance datacard.Never do wat they say.My data card which is supplied by them is not working correctly for past 1.5 months.Legal action won't help .I have wrriten to the reginol manager of South India aboout the fraud & how Vriti is disgracing the reliance.Even if that wont' then god save every one from reliance.
And adding to it as we know these ideiots never attend the calls .I think reciving the goa offer which i was supposed to get a long time ago is like a message from them "No one got it because We are [censored]s "
