I have ordered the Havells Air Cooler from Croma, Vidyanagar, Anand store on 23/04/2023 and on the bill the delivery date is 24/04/2023.
The delivery guy ([protected]) called on 24/04/2023 saying the address is not proper. I was in a hospital addressing the patient so I told the delivery guy I'll call you in 2 Minutes but when I called him He didn't pick up my call.

Thereafter I tried to call on [protected] the Store...

I am facing problem with croma .i had bought 3 A.c 1.5 ton of croma brand on 19/04/2023. I got delivery date 22/04/2023. But still yet i didn't get my product yet today 25/04/2023
And also one thing my registered number add wrong in my bill than i gave my alternate number.

This is in reference to the Symphone Cooler that we received today on 23rd April 2023. The delivery guys just ran away even before i could show him that the cooler is broken and by the way he was behaving during delivery it was very evident and clear that he Knew about the Broken Air Cooler of Symphony.

The order was booked at store on Anwar shah extension on 19th April 2023. The delivery date was 22/04/2023. On 22/04 the croma app showed " out for delivery". Today, on 23/04 it has gone back one step, I e., "Order shipped". Number of complaints by email and phone calls to your customer service is futile. I bought an air cooler on 17 April 2023 and it turned out to be defective. It automatically turns off after 30 min. i placed a return request in 19th April 2023. Its 22 April 20223 today nd my old cooler is still with me and I don't know when my new cooler arrives.
i emailed regarding the same thing but there is no response.
i received a whatsapp mssge saying I might get my cooler by 2nd may which is far too long for a replacement...

I had ordered voltas Ac from them for Rs 23198. They had given invoice labelled as infiniti retail croma, there was nothing to be suspicious about.

We purchased refrigerator on january-01-2023 from navallur shore room within 2 months itself the product is not working properly.
The firt issue is that in freezer door the water is always falling continously even when the referigrator in on.

I have purchased AC from Croma (DLF Mall of India-Noida) on 13.04.2023. It was promised to me that that the delivery will be on 14.04.2023 and installation will be on 15.04.2023. Actually AC was delivered on 15.04.2023 and installation not yet done.
