We have purchased a air cooler from Croma store Agra. On the 7th day of purchase cooler automatically shut off, then we log a complain in customer care they told us that it will take atleast 10 working days to a technical person to come to you home to check the cooler because it was 'Id' time. I have ordered a laptop from croma and his delivery date is 2nd may but till now it not delivered they residual it many time, first they promised me to deliver at 4 may, then 5 may, then 6 may, then 8 may, now I get a message the it is again residual .

Symphony 55 touch cooler is under 2 year extended warranty by Croma which was purchased last year, when we buy you force us to buy warranty saying all are covered under warranty.
