not processing my fd closure - financial emergency & medical reasons

non refund of fixed deposit amt

I am an existing customer of DHFL Home loan, Avail a loan at a 8.70% Floating Rate. In last 1.5 years my rate is revised no of time and now it is 9.92. Whenever the RPLR increase the rate of interest increase but whenever it decrease that time rate of interest is not decrease.Very very poor service from DHFL.
On 1st Oct 2019, RBI has declared to decrease the rate of interest but even also DHFL has not decrease....

Why should customer pay any penalty if there is bank, national, or any unplanned holiday.
