I submitted a complaint to dishtv's so-called customer care against my dishtv stb is not working and showing notification 301 (Signal not found) and i received confirmation message that your service number is[protected] and technical representative didn't come to my home and avoided his so-called work with a frustrated excuse of not able to find my home address even after that was the same person who gave connection to my home and talking...

We have raised the complaint om some channels not coming in dish tv set box. For that customer care team told to upgrade the set top box. I am ok to change the set top box and the customer care person agreed that it will be done in 2 working days. So far no action has taken and we are not getting any channels now.

Complaint raised on 06/dec/2018 and today date is 14/dec/2018...

I have sent many mails to deactivate my add-on pack but there is no proper response from dish TV customer support they are not deactivating add-on pack they want their customer to keep forcefully instead i have not activated the pack the called me and activated this pack they told this is free but they are charging for that add on ....

I rechare june2018 for 1400 for the tamil bonanza pack per month rs 51. My vc switch off date is 14-jun-2019 but the tamil channels are reduced very few tamil channels are come pls take necessary action my emmail id is

Since last 6 months, i am facing the issue. The service provider has asked me to get the camera and set top box changed, which i have already changed, but still the issue continues. The technician does not visit in time. They dont resolve the problem. I have paid the charges too. Also everytime i call the service provider, the call is put on hold for long duration. I have taken subscription for one year otherwise i would have got it disconnected...

I recharged my account with Rs. 5000/- and activated ""DISH PRIME HD SOUTH PACK" on Nov 14 2018. Package deactivated / changed from Dish TV on 23rd of Nov 2018 and Senior Customer Service Representative Reactivated on 23rd. Again package deactivated / changed on 1st December 2018 and it never activated back. I had 10 days conversation conveying that, I have already paid and also got confirmation email on 14th as well as 23rd (reactivated)...

I have been facing a problem with many channels that my folks watch... They have all just disappeared...

For over a week now, i have been trying to register a complaint with dish tv, after a few tries, i did manage to book the complaint and was told that they will send their technician for a visit for find the problem and that it will be on a chargeable basis... Which i agreed to...

The sony six and sony espn are included in my south all sports package. They are not coming for the current month and this time there is cricket match telecast. Getting 301 signal not found error. Most of the other channels are coming up and i am seeing a sufficient signal strength of 90% and signal quality of 88%. When called to customer care they are stating alignment could be an issue and technician visit with 200 rs. Charge. This is fault...

I was a regular dish tv viewer since 2004 and the service was good enough to be with. During oct 2018 some dish tv technician called and told that dish tv changing the sob from mpeg 2 to mpeg4. I thought the updated version may be better than existing. But the picture and audio quality was bad hence i didn, t hand over my old vc bearing no m[protected]. Trying to connect to dish tv's customer care service from 29th november 2018 as my dish tv suddenly stopped broadcasting.
Their technicians suggested to install a new set top box. But next day, another technician from their team calls up saying that they can repair the same box. But since then, there is no action taken.

I am unable to view channels since then although i have a subscribed pack! My money is wasted...

No resolution since 5 days. I have given several complaints. Nobody is resolving this issues.very bad customer care.

Technicians have visited and replaced the Box and adaptor and have charged 950 rs which is nearly half of the dish tv cost. After fixing the new box, they have not even configured and just went away.

When a complaint is given then rarely some technician calls and asks the address, then he tells...

This is to inform you that i abhijit biswas [protected], officially declaring since 1st december 2018 i am discontinuing my active dish tv connection due to extreme unprofessional unsatisfactory service.
So therefore please refund my balance money and let me know is there any way that you people will take the box back and get me my money back.

New connection not activated even after 28 hrs after several complaints and no reciept of my payment and no account created on my behalf and giving false excuses and assurances on calling. This is leading to disturb my peace of mind as the customer care people tell me each time to call back but never has that happened. Feeling like this is a forgery on the company part. Also would like to have my refund back....

This is to inform you that as per instructions received from custmer care two different persons and after getting confirmation on e mail for upgradation of my pack i recharged an amount of rs.1, 191.00 to make it rs.4, 999.00. It was conrfirmed by all that my account was having balance of rs.3, 808.00 and after recharge of 1, 191.00 you will get the pack upgraded. Accordingly i recharged and requested on phone as well as by mail to upgrade...

As per our conversation on [protected], your brother-in-law has tried to book a New DishTV Connection from Saudi Arabia where the transaction has failed but money deducted from his account on 6th Nov. 2018. Hence, informed you that we are unable to help in this case as we are not able to help any DishTV connection which is booked from outside India.

I had purchased the dish tv on 19.11.2018. At that time your representative told me that you have offer of free sporty shoes for first 100 customers on the same day. So, i finalized the deal and done online payment for the same.

Your customer care people informed that it is working fine, yet i am unable to watch any hd channel, when i tried calling your customer care people again and again call is getting disconnected automatically. Please look into my problem at the earliest, this is ridiculous services i have ever seen from dishtv...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers every time. Also the calls comes daily three to four times despite of fact that i have got the connection...
