Cannot register my mobile number with my vc no [protected], my mobile number is [protected]. Sent this msg dishtv rmn and recieved this msg in response.

"your request cannot be processed as your number is not yet registered with us. To register your number just sms dishtv rmn to 57575. Thank you"

Cannot recharge my connection due to this issue. Service switched off on 23 february....

I had selected channels of my choice before 31st january 2019. And dish tv applied it, good there. But i want to change my choice as per new costs. But unable to do so, when i am trying to click on final submit button after making my choice nothing is happening (Other than that its suggesting me other packs which i don't like). I am consumer of dishtv having the vc no-[protected]. I made a recharge of rs200 on 13 feb 2019 when my recharge date was shown by my tv was 17th feb 2019 then i changed my set up box on 14th feb. I paid all the amount regarding that on that day to the representative but now on 20th feb 2019 they swithed off my channels and deactivated my account when i called their coustomer care they are saying that when you changed the set up...

I purchased online dish tv on month Kannada entertainment channels free but it's 5 days I am not getting channels when called some says u have to change online..some said to recharge...I have done both but no channels they are simply misguiding and wasting my time I am fed of dish at beginning itself I am depending for switching to dish from d2h...

My dishtv vc# [protected]. As per trai rules, we customers have facility to select our favourite channels packs. But dishtv guys are cheating customers by randomly adding packs to some customers vc just to increase their profit. I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@dishtv.in to remove the wrongly added packs but dishtv executives (Pankaj, devendra, kanika, deepak and gourav) are just replying to my mails without reading...

I have registered my choice thrice with dishtv but selected channels are not being shown. I have taken number which i got when i submitted the request successfully.

My package got disconnected after new trai rules got implemented. Only few channels somewhere 10 channels are available. Dishtv wouldnt allow me to migrate to nto as per trai ruled. Their website & mobile app is not working after hitting "submit" button. Inspite of my calls & mails, they are saying the same thing - "try again once more", "we will escalate your issue", "we are having technical issues". I selected the tv channels according to the new trai rules and requested to videocon d2h to show that these channels and the videocon d2h did not respond. I called sevaral time to videocon d2h customer care number but they denied to answer me and as per trai new ruls i requested to take request, but videocon d2h person forced me to take channels as per there choice. And also as per trai new ruls they are not working.br...

I got a new connection of dishtv on 21st feb 2019. Installation was done on the same day. Connection activated today, i. E., on 22nd feb 2019.

I have selected my channel pack on dated 19/02/2019 but my pack was not activated. I will call to customer care too many time but there was not taken any action. Even i take screen shot of token no. And send it to [protected]@dishtv.in for tow times but yet my channel pack not activated.

I have some issues with dishtv customer service, which i have listed below.

This issue is regarding my recharge of dishtv.

20th feb 2019 - i recharged my above mentioned vc no [protected] with rs 311 after selecting all the channels i am interested as per the new trai norms.

21st feb 2019

10 am - my mom at home notices that the service has been terminated and there is only one information...

As trai given opportunity to select required channel or packs as per our convenient, but i sent several requests (By e-mail/calling customer care etc.) to dishtv tp change my existing pack to new pack but they are not responding.
Since weeks i am trying but not got any reponse from dishtv.

I am a dish tv user and i activated my new selections as per trai’s new framework on feb 2019.
As per trai dd sports channel is comes under mandatory list. But dish tv is not giving dd sports free channel. I already raised a compliant about the same using my old vc. No. [protected], i got several calls last few days and ask me check for different channel nos and refresh several time and without my knowledge they reset my old box...

Select channel in my cart, after i got message of amount to recharge 377rs. Recharged from dishtv instant recharge but recharge become unsuccessful and money is gone. Please help about this matter... We have recharge our dish tv account at1179/- on date -14/02/2019.
But no any chanel show atleast free chanel also not play.
I also call custumer care but they not give satifactory ansor and not solve my problem. He say that we watch only free chanel but not play in my tv.
