I have dish tv connection dishtv connection. I’m continuously facing problem for my dish tv package. Without my permission they change my package.
Their customer care giving very poor services. Whenever i call at [protected]
They never pick their customers calls and sipmly cut my phone.
I many tine write email also but no reply come. But whenever i call to the customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line...

My mobile number is [protected]. My vc number is [protected]. My dishtv connection signal is very slow and remote is not responding to the command even after changing new power. The dishtv is not receiving my call. Dishtv show unnecessary ad channel which is unwanted. They always force to call technician for little problems and ask for service charge although it is their duty to provide service against these issue after all these issue came...

The problem is from today my dishtv was stopped working then when I called customer care today they said their systems are getting upgraded they cannot give me any info.
Someone by name Raj thakur from customer care spoke to me on this and when I asked to escalate the call to seniors he said he cannot do that. Also the toll free number provided by him that is [protected] is not working I don't understand...

I have registered complaint to the dish tv costumer care regarding the pre active plan without my information. i here by attached all the photo details and my vc. No [protected]. I have an issue of the payment of February month. So, i request you to look into this matter on priority basis and clear my doubts.

The picture quality is fine, rather it's good. But the service you provide is the worst. No one picks up the calls on toll free number. The people on your help desk keep us waiting for hours. Not joking, i myself have kept my phone on for hours. These people don't have any value for money. Plus they are arrogant and basically they don't know anything about the system. Everytime i ask for something, they tell me to wait and talk to the senior...

Sir today arround 13:45 to 14:20 dishtv operator call me and giving offer of recharge of recharge 3 month and get one month extra and also told me for temporary deactivation for 15 day from recharge date. But after i did 3 month recharge dish tv company refuse to give me offer and said this offer is not available in my account and also told my dish tv pack activd as on rechrge date as i already told to delay activation of 15 days. Bought a new distv connection last week.
Got my login i'd n pw but i am unable to select the channels i want to watch as the channels list is blank. Called the dishtv customer care several times but was of no help. Unable to remove addon paks as my base pack is "non stop pack".
After had conversion with senior dishtv custom executive, he told me due to new trai rule we will unable to remove your addon pack.

Note: addon pack are those which should can be removed at any time whatever base pack i am using.

I am a dish TV nonstop pack customer from Andrea Pradesh . They have de activated addons and when I called to complain they said they will take no complaints and no addons are available for nonstop pack customer as of now . Is this not trai regulations violation as I cannot select the channels/bouquets which I want reg mobile no is . [protected]...

I have taken non stop pack for three year with facilty to add addon hd channel with additional charge. Since 1 feb 2019 they stopped the all addon channel and withdrawn all facility ti add channel. Neither they are stoping the non stip pack nor giving the faculity to add paid channel. I am not able to see any paid channel since last 10 day. They are not taking any complaint also in this regard....

I am not able to watch and subscribe to my favorite channel even after having sufficient balance in my account, around 400 rs.
My base pack is Non- stop pack which is a long term pack for 3 years, which still have around 1.5 yrs before it's expiry . Since 1 February they have stopped the feature of taking any add -on packs with Non-stop pack .

Now all the subscribers of Nonstop pack are stuck as they can't add add-on...

Too worth bad services of dishtv for every monthly facing problem of disconnected therefore paid before periodically due date.
