I booked a shoe through sreeleathers online. The size was mistaken so ordered for a return order. They came and took the shoe and gave it to sreeleathers. Dotzot courier service is very poor courier service. my tracking id[protected] is not delivered to me. dotzot bulandshahr office agent nither contact to me nor they come my door to deliver this product. this product is pending on dibai 7-10 days. after that this come to bulandshahr. and they retun this package automatically. on call to their office they talk to us this product is return because i am not interested to deliver any online...

I have ordered an item through boodmo on 19th october and it has been shipped through dotzot. However on the tracking details of dotzot the last status is from 27 october and it is displayed as the item is out for delivery. But i haven't yet got the item nor the guys from the dotzot has called me.
Nor any updates is given from the tracking site sinvlce 27 october. It's a pathetic service...

The same is not received still.
Neither i have received any information or call for the delivery. However, it is mentioned in online tracking system that i have requested for delivery on other date, which is not true.

I have orderd 3 shirts combo pack of kutones co.
They send me the third claas variety of shirts
I paid 900 rupees for that shirts that are shown at order time
& delivered me three fake and low quality shirts.
Replace my order of shirts with actual shirts that actually shown on website at order time
Otherwise return my money

This is regarding my parcel from dotzot track id[protected] to be delivered from mumbai to tinsukia, assam. It was picked up from mumbai on 15th of september but since 16 th of september there has been no update and it just shows that its in transit to guwahati from goregaon dotzot hub, mumbai.
Please help. I have also contacted the dotzot customer service but of no help....

I got message like "not delivered because customer not available". I am staying in home only all the days. How they can send me like this without contacting me?

I have ordered 3slim piece shirts.. When i received them... The products are totally different and unmatched.. Different size colored etc... I've placed an order from henry and smith on 3rd of this month and the process started from 4th. On 5th it's updated that it's in transit to visakhapatnam in early hours of 5th.
