WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR 1 KG PARCEL THEN HE SAID IKG PARCEL RUPESS 230, and also said if parcel should be more then 3 kg then you will be charge rupees 150 per kg of parcel but I check the amount of 1 kg parcel is rupees 25 per so how will i pay more money and sir i pay him money 800 he said you paid 900 rupees for 6 kg but i paid him 800 rupees. so sir i wanna refund my...

Consignment no. - V91301497 was not received but the status shows delivered. Customer care is also not picking up the call....

I had sent medicines from Mangalore to Bangalore on March 31st which did not get delivered in 5 days and they said the package has been delivered to a different address. The tracking number is B76723649. I want it to be delivered immediately or pay for the loss incurred. This is highly irresponsible behavior....

Dear Sir,
our supplier had sent one material on 30th March from Bengalore. For speedy delivery they have charged us extra. But still not received.
Calling up their numbers is stupidest thing as no one answer the calls. From 1st April no update against AWB no on DTDC tracking
AWB number is D64816868...

Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The parcel has yet to reach the destination location (kosrangi)still it shows Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility(delhi hub) in the status.So actually where is the parcel now?.Did it get returned? or what is the problem here? It hasn't reached the delivery location and yes it hasn't attempted a delivery too.

Truly a horrible customer service
They are saying that the address is incorrect but I have already confirmed that all the details are correct...

The product has been transferred between multiple locations and no attempt to deliver the product has been made by DTDC

Now they stated that the address given on courier is incorrect
I have confirmed the same with the sender and all the information is correct
Now they have marked it as CIR
No response to the email or call

Important documents is received by the DTDC counter for delivery. But due to mistake in pin code, the item is not booked but receipt with consignee number is alloted. Dispute is not informed to customer. After checking through consignee number, no tracking is shown. Customer has made a contact with receipt centre to return the original document. Parcel tracking ID D[protected] dated 27 Mar 2021 has not been delivered to the address however reflected as delivered successfully as on 01 Apr 2021. Also, on enquiring from the branch office Amritsar it was told that it has been wrongly sent to some other delivery location.
