Courier delivered to wrong person and wrong place and delivered acknowledgement
copy is not providing by the DTDC RANIPET....

I have posted some official papers works which has to be delivered on 14 December. and now it's 16 December . DTDC courier is one of the worst courier services I have ever seen .this is for the last time I have used it .but will make sure that further not me nor my relatives will use this useless courier service.the executive also never picks the call then why the hell you give your contact number .....

I have been provided with a tracking ID D80166481.It's been a week since the tracking status is saying no data available. There is no proper way to contact them and they are not replying to my emails....

My friend send me a parcel through DTDC on 4 Dec 2020 My consignment number is D75897271 ..the parcel is yet not deliver to my door step nor they have contacted me.. Moreover they are updating wrong...They updated wrong reasons like 'receiver not available' or 'receiver requested for the another date'..I called them but no response..In the tracking detail it is showing the parcel is with Varanasi Hub office..Please resolve my issue...

I am adv Sphurti Kothare from Goa. The parcel was send by Jaipur fit, Jaipur, Rajasthan mob no.[protected] to me with tracking no. D80074153. On 14.12.2020 Your Parcel was given to my neighbor despite she telling him not to give her. No doubt I collected my parcel from her but your delivery agent should not have given my parcel to her if my house was locked. He should have phoned me. He has given three times my parcels to neighbor.

We had sent some dresses to be gifted to my family and out of 20 dresses which i sent only 17 of them reached. The parcel had plastic wrap over the carton and inspite of that it was been badly opened and the tape was cut and the dresses were taken out and again the plastic was rewraped....

I was suppose to receive my courier at Diwali which was dispatch from my office (Avery Dennison) in October to me on occasion of Diwali but have never expected that I would not be very lucky to received it on time. So requesting you to at least now get the same dispatched at my address .

Dear Sir,
T. Ganapathi Rao ([protected], Sompeta A.P.) had sent me 2kgs of CASHEW nuts on 01.12.2020 by DTDC courier. I had received the call from DTDC courier boy on 10.12.2020. When i received my parcel, had doubt as parcel packet was damaged. Then i checked the weight of parcel, it was only 1kg instead of 2kgs. Because of this i did not take my parcel. I called to Mr Jitendra Jione ([protected], DTDC Gadchandur, Chandrapur, Maharashtra)...

I have no call and msg they say receiver is not available but we have not received any information but we are saying delivery is not available at our delivery office, delivery boys...

1) Delay in arrival of shipment: Payment done on 18Nov, 2 boxes collected on 26Nov. Only 1 box in broken condition arrived on 12Dec2020.

2) Box 2 has not come - Want to know status of 2nd box and when it'll be delivered.

The AWB no B74185932 was dispatched from Bangalore on 2nd December and arrived in Begusarai (destination) by 7th December, in portal it has been showing in Patna for last 5 days where as it was in Begusarai.

the dtdc center in Kali asthan chowk in Begusarai did receive the package and didnt even try to deliver or call the receiver to deliver the package.

Atlast the package went back to Patna.

Its been 3 days. The parcel is from Noida to be delivered in Agra....

My office sending me a laptop, desktop and mouse. so yesterday i got this assets. but when i checked my all products, in that out side box is fully damage and inside laptop box also damage. then i am getting my mouse. mouse is missing for me. consignment no is D61227364....

Consignment number K35799095. I have paid Rs.330 for delivered a parcel (0.932 kg) to my home. But 10 days gone, till now they have not delivered. Now its showing that, the parcel returning to the origin place. Need proper action against DTDC. They are cheating with us....

the tracking status is delivered in december 8 at 9.pm..but still item not received.. so many times contact near by suraram dtdc service but not responding.....

The worst service of any courier company. The parcel reached Madurai and in spite of calling for delivery- there was no response. Eventually, I had to send my staff to collect the parcel from their office which is around 6 Kms from my place....

Date 3/11/2020...I will book one parcel of silk saree Dharmavaram to Hyderabad ..but not received my parcel to customer .. please solve it missing parcel...
