I have placed and ordered and I got the consistent no as H25771560 in tracking its showing as successful delivered but I have not recieved yet...

I have order a parcel with consignment no H25771560 in the tracking its showing me as delivered successfully but I have not recieved any parcel yet...

I had sent out a box for delivery to NDA, Pune but it was undelivered and there was no phone call regarding it. It's been 5 days.
The last update about my box was on 21st September. I provided a phone number as well but there was absolutely no phone call regarding it....

I have not recieved my parcel AwB no U12567755. and on dtdc site its showing DELIVERED. please its very important papers. deliver it asap. and let me know.

I did a new booking on 24 September(laptop) at MANCHESWAR BRANCH KEONJHAR -MADHAPUR i choose air cargo service mod for that they changed me 2200 but i got mail that my total cost is 733 when i checked today my service mod got changed from air cargo to lite with my concern even they changed me 2200 .
I want the my extra money what i paid back after deducting from lite service mod
I paid through upi at the dtdc courier office...

I haven't received any parcel on tracking num Z67615833 but in DTDC tracking site mentioned item was delivered and i haven't received any call from DTDC
no one has received it from my side can you please verify where the problem has occurred

The status of my order is displayed to be 'non delivered' stating the reason that my address is non serviceable. Now I must go to their office at Alwaye which is literally 30km from my stay. I'm so disappointed with their services. They haven't contacted me on this regard as well. Once I had to collect one of my package from their branch near my place but this time it's too far away. I need to know why it's not serviceable here even though...

Employes of A branch in cumbum are not responding to the customers properly. They are not giving the information when we call them n disconnecting the call while speaking. Please take action against them and help the customers to make sure they get the information what they need...

I have raise a complaint IssueK5222585 which was closed by an irresponsible service personnel by filling in his own comments. Its a shame. I have been following up since last 45 days still no response. Extremely dissatisfied with the services handling and feedback methods. Pathetic....

I had sent a parcel under consignment no.M05763068 from DTDC, Majiwada, Thane to Aurangabad on 7th September and was supposed to reach by 9th as per the promise given by courier person. However, it reached to courier shop on 9th, it was delivered on 11th, by the time receiver had already left. Hence his family did not accept the same. The reason given by courier person "work is going on in office, hence it is delayed". Such an unprofessional...

I went to the office to receive my parcel. The person at the service desk was shouting at me for no reason. This is not the way a customer should be treated....

I have one consignemnt K51660436, which was out for delivery today as per the status by dtdc portal. I have not got any call. The status of courier with awb #V63055531is not yet delivered as on 21/09/2021. But the shipment tracking history says courier successfully delivered which is being updated on 19/09/2021....

A parcel has been sent from Solan(HP) to Surat on 20th August 2021.
Tracking number of parcel is V62554728.
The DTDC portal shows that the parcel is delivered on 23rd August 2021 but the receiver is denying that. Therefore i have to submit proof of delivery to higher authority.
Can you please send me a photo of proof of delivery at [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible.

I have submitted two parcel to dtdc baguihati branch on 15th September 2021 for two different pincode and different locations. but unfortunately one of parcel haven't been delivered yet to the particular person.but instead of that when we are trying to track the parcel in dtdc it shows that two parcel has been delivered in one pincode.and now my question is that why the two parcel consignment number K[protected]pin code 700084) AND K37474368...
