Refund not issued

Hi My name is Rama. I booked my ticket to vizag from Hyd in the month of Dec 2014 on 25th. The flight was cancelled. The flight team has already refunded the amount to "Easy To Trip" but they havent refunded the amount of 2818/- in spite of many calls and emails. No response about refund amount

Not refunding cancelled flight ticket.

Sir/madam, I had booked a flight through www.easygotrip.com. But the flight was cancelled and I had opted for cancelling the ticket. The ticket was booked on 20/11/2014 and reference no. was ET50969. The flight was Spicejet from VTZ to BLR on 13/12/2014 and PNR was IEHH5B. I got a message from Spicejet informing about the cancellation of flight. I called Spicejet and they refunded my ticket and told to enquire on Easygotrip for refund....

Non-refund of money from travel agent

Failure to provide refund

After finding easygo trip advertising on google for cheap air tickets, I was directed to their site. Upon searching for a flight from Pune to Hyderabad, I was shown a ticket for Air India which had a price tag of Rs 5066. I decided to book this ticket and proceeded to make the payment on 30th September 2014 and was given a booking reference number (attached). no refund of cancelled ticket
