I tried to talk to your CSE but he himself did not have any knowledge about the where abouts of the consignment. I tried to check on your tracking link but was of no use. The tracking system is not updated. The last update was done on 20/10/2014...

DELIVERY DELAY!!

product not delivered

I have bought Loreal Paris Kajal Magique from shopclues on 14th oct. My Order #23204525 and the tracking number for this package is[protected]. When today I am tracking my product it is showing not delivered contact to customer support. They didn't call me or they not inform me also. I have paid my money also online. The service is too bad. Delivery delay

Very poor delivery time / still waiting for my product

Delivered to wrong address

my consignment with tracking number: 20860489, supposed to be delivered at my Bangalore address. but they delivered it to address in Ahmedabad. Amazing service.And hats off to Shopclues for choosing such crap and worst logistics who dont even bother to authenticate the user/address befor delivering the product. Now, since then it has been a month I have been following up with Ecom and Shopclues but have not got any refund or my product....

shipment not delevered more than 10 days

I bought one headset from shop clues they dispatched on 16-10-14 Awb[protected] Order no 23516953 still I can't get my shipment(more than 10 days. if they send reg.post they will dispatch within 1-2 days. but you got service charge for 92/- and also taking tooo much time.this is very worst delevery....

If you cant promise to deliver on time please stop accepting new packages

Dear sirs, I have been a frequent purchaser from shop clues and flip kart, most of the packages are sent through Ecom express. A package sent on 17 Oct from Delhi to Chennai is still 23 Oct in Delhi and the status is in transit awb number[protected]. This is not the one and only time this has happened almost every time they take a week to ten days to deliver small packages . I think if they cant handle the packages they should stop accepting...

Very poor service and they still not delivering the product in spite of having it with them

Everyone says yes we have escalated and getting this done on priority and after that it is the same story. That the backend team has to do this and there is no way that they can communicate with them to work in this, but I have to live with problem that they are not able to deliver the package.
