my name is chander bhan working with mothers pride persona education pvt ltd gurgaon and my esic local office is rajeev chowk gurgaon. my insuarance no. os [protected]. many time i have gone to local office . but they did not given me reponsed. they lost my card . i am suffering my wife desise.
i am very tied for all that things . pls help me to search my card.

my ESIC NO is [protected] on 09.06.2011 and also clicked with my family photo since 4 month ago at ESIC hospital No-3 NIT Faridabad. But couldnot even got my Card. And now hospital refused to give medicine on that slip. They asked for card and also refused to give medicine without card. What Will I Do?????????????
Can i complaint in consumer court????????

Hereby wish to make a complaint against Ms. Sarika Khedekar, who was working in the ESIC Marol, MIDC Brach, was very rude in her behavior. She was at the Case paper department (counter no.1). also other employees were very rude in talking at the other counters of the case paper department....

hereby wish to inform that there's an employee called Mr. Bhikabhai who sits in the paldi, ahmedabad ESIC office. The office address is D 42 paldi ahmedabad. There's a outstanding payment against a maternity for clearing which he is asking our family to pay Rs. 10000 or else he will not clear the payments and now since we have declined him to pay he's not clearing the papers and every now and then he'll ask us to get a...

and i eligible candidate and fulfill the all instruction by them
before 15 days in their website they publish the admit card for examination.
i search my name but it's not there
i ask even in their office by telephone and personally meat them but they can't give any proper answer.
today when i call them they told me k we are not getting...

I would like to inform you that my daughter (Ms Diksha Sharma0 got an accident on 3rd April 2011 Sunday Evening. She was in a serious position so she had to admit in the hospital with immediate effect. I have deposited the bills for reimbursement of said case as on 06/06/2011 in the Derabassi Dispensary. But upto the till date i don'nt have received amount of claim and also not any response from the ESIC department....

I have visited one of my friends residing in ESIC provided accomodation in ESI DISPENSARY COMPLEX,RAGHUBIR NAGAR,New delhi-110027.The accomodation is in the possible worst condition with cracks in building wall,cracks in stairs,roof is mutilated and Water Seepage everywhere .And may be in danger of collapse in the event of an earthquake.
Kindly make the possible move for the betterment...
