This is very serious matter ESI is not a free service they are taking some amount from our salary so they need to give some concern about patients, they are very rude and irritating faces in this dispensary, if we ask any doubts also they are not what to answer and very rude we not having time. In Silchar, Assam there is a ESIC branch outlet but no dispensary & doctors. As per the Outlet incharge all patient have to go for Guwahati for any minor or major treatment or Governemnt hospital. Major treatment may not matter. But for all consumers, it is not possible to go to Guwahati as the distance is 12 hours journey through a another state, Meghalaya ( Distance is about 400 km ). Also there is matter of stay in Guwahati also. So...
