They said no any transaction from pf department

I had been working in sis sdb security pvt ltd in mumbai in malad branch (June - 2013 to feb - 2016).

My company has submitted my pf form to you. I had fill up my form in november 2016..& that time also my company has submitted this form to you but till date i haven't got my pf... My uan :[protected]

I have been trying to get my date of birth changed of my pf account number. Dob proof has already been submitted by my previous employer twice on dated 30th may 2017 & 7th july 2017. My name is mithun mohan rout and i worked for basix, indian grameen services as an accountant from 27th may 2015 to 30th november 2015. My termination date is 30th november 2015. Even after my termination of over one and half years the organisation has not done my full & final settlement i. E. Fp. Jo ki avi to uska koi response nhi mila hai aur na he wo online pf claim stuts me he show kar rha hai.. Aur jo pahla wala apply kiya tha wahi stuts show kar rha hai.

Although i can login to uan portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/).
But i am unable to login on member passbook portal (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemberPassBook/LoginServlet) with the same uan credentials. Message shown is "invalid uan or password"

I emailed my issue to pf office since 03-aug-2017 but no one responding on my e-mai. My email was regarding below:

I have received my epf contribution today amount rs. 35072/- against full epf settlement, but i have received less amount rs.14726/- instead of 16580/- (Shown in epf passbook attached herewith) against full eps settlement. Differential amount is rs.1854/-.

I had worked with a company named barclays shared services noida, i left the company on 2015, and submitted my online withdrawal form in aug 2017. But still i didn't get my amount. When i am calling at customer service they are never responding over the phone. I am trying but they are not picking up the calls. The claim status shows as settled on 16 aug 2017 however there is no amount received in my account yet....

I am trying to log a grievance through the epfo igms portal, but cannot as i am getting the error of duplicate grievance. I have raised a grievance on 6th july and it was resolved on 19th of july, which is more than a month now.
I have not raised any grievance in the past 30days but still getting the error. Attached is the error, and screenshot of the email of my last grievance dates....
