I have ordered "My Giraffee Baby Luna Dining Chair with Tray- Light Blue" on Sep 27th, the expected delivery date is October 1st, But still now i did not received the order i.e 13th October,

I have raised multiple concerns and multiple requests with the First Cry people but the issue did not resolved.

I have ordered a baby pram from 1st cry worth 4k.The pram's wheel has a major issue and while moving, it gets struck.I raised a complaint to first cry customer service and they are saying we cannot take return as there is only replacement but while purchasing the product there was no details regarding return policy.Atleast they should have mentioned like no return .They haven't mentioned it anywhere.Now they ate not accepting...

I have ordered Babyhug cradle with mosquito net on 16th September 2022.

(1) On 22nd I received my order but when I opened it I found wheels and screws are missing. I drop a replacement request but they cancel my request by saying we will send u wheels n screws separately.

I had purchased Babyhug diapers S Size, even though my baby weights only 6 KG and this diaper should fit to 4-8 kg the diaper is not fitting him in waist and the tape comes off, my baby's clothes got wet till his chest just after using two diapers .

I asked for refund then they told me to share one video in which they were expecting to see the diaper leakage just after pouring 100ml water, I shared the video and they rejected...

I brought a product 638030AAI03CD409(Blessbe Camera) and reported a concern for it:-
1. Product screen had scratches all over.
2. Camera didn't had any screen guard.
3. Camera quality was too bad.

Hi All,
Regarding one product i am facing issue for more than 7 times. If i order Pampers All round Protection Pants in firstcry delivery date shows are nextday delivery. But not even one time it got delivered in time.
every time i have to raise a ticket amd need to wait for 72 hr.
And main thing the product is dispacting from HYD only. with in HYD it is not delivered.

With respect to order no. 3769397PKM9C3BEBO which were delivered on 26 August 2022. After opening the product box there was no product in the box. I have raised this issue with the firstcry customer care many times and every time they say that product was shipped from our side.

I have placed an order for a "red-color" toy train and received an "yellow-color" toy train. the image and description on the portal reflects the color of the toy train says "Red", which the FirstCry team denies and states the item listing description states it is an "Assorted" color. I have requested at least to exchange the yellow colored toy train with a red one, which did not happen.

I'm a regular customer since 2019 and have never faced any issue until today. My order(4932777KXQF523B3F) was delivered today with a missing product - "Chipbeys Pack of 3 Animal Print Assorted Panties - Multi Color" Instead of 3 panties, only 2 came in the package and it is very disappointing.
