Malegoan - Badoda Bus Start at 7:00 AM Wednesday (Toady) Conductor of this Bus Do not Allow passengers Step down to their Stops. I use to Up Down since 4 years from malegoan to navapur as I am working as Government Officer so I usually face this problem from last 6 months as Conductor Changed the Stop also changes as they have their monopoly. So my Kind request to ur department please kindly look in this matter otherwise passengers my behavior...

While going from Rajkot to Vadodara, Volvo stopped at Raviraj Hotel which doesn’t have clean ladies toilet . when we as traveller are paying for premium tickets we expect atleast basic hygiene specially for women....

My self JigarKumar and I am traveling from Bhuj to Ahmedabad by Volvo bus and reached at Ahmedabad bus stop at about 0530 hrs after that I am trying to take seat on Volvo bus(bus from Ahmedabad to zalod) during this time any stranger has stolen my purse at about 0605 hrs. I am sanidhya and I want my refund for GSTC BUS Cancelled on[protected] timing is 4:30 from Kamrej, surat and We are sitting from 4:00 pm till 7:30 pm but wasn't came. We try to reach GSRTC SURAT CUSTOMER CARE, But This Government Customer CARE are worst. Hi. I am a gsrtc passenger having monthly pass to travel from navsari to surat daily. Today on 6th August, 2022 at 9:20 am I have entered in the navsari central bus depo, a gsrtc bus valsad-dholka just leaving the depo. The bus was in the compound of bus stand and not running. I have waved my hand to bus driver to get into the bus and he was seeing me. But still he didn't stop and start leaving the depo. Bus was having not more than 20 passengers...

We are facing problem of mahudha vadodara surat bus (time 07am at nadiad) not stop at. Nadiad, maha gujarat hospital. Even in bus not more then 10 passenger, driver ignore the stop to bus. Also 2 to 3 time verbaly complain in nadiad and mahudha depo.

Conductor stop the without any stop and behave rudly he has not carrying complaint register with him and driver talking with other on phone while drive the bus

Driver and conductor both are irresponsible

I am travelling from Rajkot to surendranagar by Bus No.GJ 18 G 1560 Satadhar to harij(harij depo-divusion Mehsana) . The stop of bus at Raj Rajeshwar hotel where not found pure water and and not lady and boys toilet in proper cleaness.Hotel was very in dirty condition and also heavy rainy water in parking of hotel so senior sitizen feel vary trouble.Changr the hotel stop and decided most sincere and clean hotel where public were get affordable...

My bus is not come to my booking time. I want to back my payment. PNR : G55316897 and TXN : GS22549953. I want to my refund money 349rs because my sleeper bus is cancel and l have message to get refunds...

I have booked two tickets on 8 July 2022 and cancelled on 9th July 2022 with OB reference number is GS22137570 and PNR Numbers are G54683138, and G54683139. Till date refund is not done in my account, I have so many time complaint by raised E-mail tickets. But I received only the answer that you will get refund within 7 to 21 days in your bank account. I also ask that give me refund transaction ID. But I didn't get any response from GSRTC....

I'm getting third class service
Right now I'm traveling in AHMD-KHM route,
I have paid for gurjarnagri express
& I'm getting a local bus
I'm supposed to reach at my destination 1 hour ago.
But it's still 2 hours to go
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
Please do something ASAP...

The Bus
Jogwad Kakariya which travels from Navsari to boarding whose timing to reach the station is 7:00 pm but always arriving late at 7:30 pm.

We complaint about it a lot at the valsad dc and Navsari depot manager but still the problem persists.

So this is our humble request to manage the bus on time at the station cause this is really affecting students and workers to reach their destination on time....

Ghadoi Buhari
From Navsari to Satem Ghadoi Buhari has been shutdown for unknown reasons and due to that students are having difficulty to travel.

So this is my request to resume the services for the following bus. We do not have other options than this only bus. We would be so glad to have services of this following bus....
