The order got delivered on 7th july but however on opening it, i found that you guys have sent the incorrect product to me. Hence, i called at the hs18 customer care and logged the complaint on 8th july whose complaint number is hs[protected]. I was told that reverse-pickup would be done in next 3-4 days. However,...

We are the regular customer of home shop 18 but this time when i received fidato combo the whole product is defective. When i ask call center team to replace my whole product they refuse to replace and not even given a proper solution.

I have received the goods against the captioned order no on 20/08/2016 but the quality of the goods very inferior.

Bu when I called their customer care to register my compliant but they are refusing to lodge the compliant by saying my contact details are not linked with that order. Now, my question is if my contact details are not linked with that order then how come I have received the order & courier details...

Myself avani vishwasrao from mumbai. I have purchased offer of 5 tops in rs.999 (Order no.[protected] on 13/08/2016 and which was been received at my address.
The very first thing i have received 4 tops instead of 5 tops. During the time of shopping it was been clearly told to send xl size., but i have received s size.
I just counted the number of tops and called to customer care for complain...
