Being a regular customer of the Hypercity products, our recent purchase of furniture has been a MAJOR, MAJOR disappointment. Extended Warranty a cheat

I have an extended warranty for My Samsung S3500 phone and am struggling to get it serviced under extended warranty.
When I got the phone I was not informed about the procedure for using extended warranty, your sale representative informed that the warranty can be used in any of the Samsung service stations directly.

Item sold at 1.8 times the MRP

I have been sold WIPRO Santoor Hand Wash 180ml pack at Rs. 48.49 whereas the MRP is Rs. 27/-. I have HyperCity, jaipur bill for same. I informed the store manager Mr. Dutta and their Chief of Operation Mr. John Wilcox about it. Wilcox has sent an email stating that I am trying to threaten him. ALso he has stated that I am planning for extortion and I am not allowed entry at HyperCity Mall any more.

Advise as soon as possible.br...
