I didn't like the customer service in hypercity... Those people do no how to bill properly. Each person bill diferently and confuse the customer. Very bad service and fraud people. They do no how to respect the customer also. I want to highlight in customer service desk people. When we come for exchange, they do no how to help the customer also... Totally worst experience in hypercity...

It is a matter of great shame that a brand like Hypercity would indulge in such activities. I purchased a fish from the meat section and mistakingly I trusted Hypercity in the fact that I didn't check how the pieces were and I simply collected it after the cutting process was over.

I bought brij namkeen during the offer buy two one get free. I also bought some other groceries/items. I paid through my debit cards. After one day, i checked my bill and noticed that charges was taken for all of three brij namkeen. I went to customer service of hypercity.
