Nach

There have been deduction of rs 600 within 2 days from my icici bank savings account without my knowledge and consent. They don't even notify you after the transaction. Please justify the reason, otherwise this is complete fraud with your customer...

Wrong Deduction from ICICI bank account

Hi Team,

Amount of 2359/- rs deduct from my ICICI bank account under remarks NACH_AD_RTN_ CHAG. One deduction of amount 4442/- with remarks LPRUP[protected]_DM_KULDEEP_SI .Why this deduct without any intimation? This is totally worst I'm in hospital and your bank deduct this amount continuously. I want strong revert with reversal amount from you. Please provide reason Immediately

My old ICICI food card was replace last month and no amount was credited to my new food card for the month of March. This is my food card number [protected]

My Name is Nisha Sharma. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 27-apr-2021. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

DP Charges

826 INR has been charged DP ACC [protected], while the plan was having AMC free. Please reverse the amount 826 INR charged. There is no response for the Regional Manager and reply on the helpdesk. It was advised by the representative that there would be no Dp Chagres for the demat account at ICICI direct while you have to pay the brokerage fees....

Unauthorized Payment deduction

There is deduction in my account by the name VSI/WWW MONEYCO which is not authorized by me. I am not sure who gave the authority. I checked in the online there are many such complaints especially in case of ICICI bank. Please look into and correct it....

Unauthorized DCARDFEEXXXX+GST

I have been ICICI account holder for last 4 years and now an NRE/NRO account holder. How come they have charged the amount INR 352.82 on 28.04.2021. Who gives the rights to charge the amount without any intimation or proper procedure. And what are these charges for.. I haven't used any such services. And if they are charging just to give you a internet banking option, Debit card and check book, that unreasonable. How do you expect the account...

Unauthorised transmission by amazon stan

Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the l. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 28th apeil 2021. Deduction Charges for DMC

I am Priyanshu Rawat. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-21 charges on 27/04/2021. I have never used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice or notification. I need justification and my money back immediately....

On 27th April 2021, rs. 826 got deducted from my icici savings account. Under DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-21 charges. I do not use this specific account for any Dmat transactions. I want to file a complaint against this. And I want my money back in account as soon as possible....

Unnecessary Cash transaction charges

My account has been debited with Rs 708 for "Cash Txn chgs-branch-Mar21+GST" without any prior intimation or alert.

I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges is going to debited from my account.

If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about the charges they going to debit.

This is not acceptable in any case. Kindly...

MAB Charges deduction issue

I am an account holder of icici bank.Due to my personal issues i was not aware of MAB charges and i was not using my registered mail id. Now currently after checking my account statement there are some deduction of amounting rs 305.83 on 23 april 2021 and rs 498.56 on 26 april 2021

Kindly request you to refund / reverse the amount as early as possible to meet my urgent economical needs....
