Refund Not Received Since 5 Months

Since 10th December 2020, ICICI bank has not been able to location a transaction of ₹3990/- to correctly place it in my account. I’ve been contacting Zara Inditex and ICICI, back and forth to no avail. Kindly help in getting my money back....

My account ending 229 got debited with 998.68 and it said Vsi* amazon pr. Please have this checked and my account credited back with the amount...

Ecsrtnchg deduction complaint

I have recently checked on my account where in I found that 590 was deducted from my account on the name of ecsrtnchg, what is this transaction cutting for, there is no prior message or notice from the respective ICICI Bank.
Does anyone know what this transaction is done for?...

Debit without my knowledge

My account got debited with rupees 1899 for ppl/wpp sr[protected]_New Policy. But I havent enrolled for this plan. This is a big amount for me specially in this covid situation. so please help me to get back this money as soon as possible. Please cancel the policy and return my money because I dont want this policy. Please help me asap....

Reversal of Late Payment Fee

I missed the payment due date of my credit card due to some family condition.

In the credit card statement nowhere mention that Late Payment Fee will be charged when payment is not done timely so why is it charged?

It mentions only "Interest will be charged if your total amount due is not paid" .

Kindly request you to revert back late fee reversal of the credit card. I make sure this will not happen...

On 6th May ₹590 got deducted from my account and that too 4 times with the address showing ECSRTNCHGS. Please resolve my issue ASAP or I have to make a complaint at other sources and close my ICICI account permanently.

Icici bank- vsi*amazon stan debit

Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8th May’ 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this....

826 rupees deducted

Address:Kali Mandir Road Plot Number 956, Jharsuguda, Odisha 768201

On date 27/04/2021 amount of 826 deducted from my account . But at the time of account opening icici say that demart account is free of cost Till holding amount 50k. But they deducted from my account 826 as DP charges. Kindly refund my deducted amount....

ICICI food card having validity through 04/22 is showing invalid. It was used on 13th April 2021. But today it is showing as invalid. Could you please help to activate it....
