Money deducted without info

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says MSI*ICL AMAZO. I have received this message without any authorization, the amount was debited on 21 March 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this and refund my amount back. Please find the attachment regarding the same issue....

Forex card Failed Transactions

I had two failed transaction issues from ICICI forex card in Nov 2020. They asked me to wait till march 2021 to resolve it.

Last week I mailed them and replied me back saying resolved in banks favour hence we are unable to reserve....

No Service on multiwallet card

I hold an ICICI corporate multiwallet card since 5 years. It is going to expire soon and I am trying to raise a new request to my new address. I dont have my user Id for CMS login, when i try to get my user Id from customer care numbers, it asks for 16 digit card number and when i enter it says invalid. I can find any mail Ids to write to. I have applied for eNPS on 16th of march and selected ICICI Bank for bank KYC verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""".

Account freeze without informing me

I was charged for 590 3 times on 19th march 2021 under NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk.
I never authorized for this charge and not made any purchases.
