Without my consent, rs. 2500 has been deducted from my account on 31/01/2020 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c.
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.

Why does the fast tag have to charge security deposit which is unneccesarily blocking publics money. Just we have to maintain balance and keep on recharging time to time.
Please remove the security deposit as soon as possible which pinches a lot for the unneceesary transaction. Also the fast tag issuance fee must not be there . So for applying for a new fast tag card you have to pay rs 500 and we just get 150 as balance....

I purchased a second hand car and the first owner (Anurup Gupta, Cust. Id :[protected] of car was using ICICI bank fastag, which was blacklisted. First owner closed his fastag account, but the bank did not removed it from blacklist with NPCI (Govt authority).

My account has been debited by MAB charges many times since SEP20 (3 months). I don't have any mail informing about these MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about the change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong. And i checked the MAB required in my account and it says Rs.0.00
This is horrible...

I'm charged by ICICI Bank with Rs 590 four times (i.e, 590 *4 = Rs 2350). I called the customer care but they did not help me in this regard.

The verification officer came and collected all the necessary documents and also showed me on app that I will get lifetime free platinum chip master credit card. Hi i Jatin Vashistha applied for home loan online on 2 Nov 2020 on online mode but due to cancellation of deal loan was not required next day .the application online was also not filled properly but the procession fee of Rs 3776 from my wife account was deducted through iciceasypay in between the application process.
