Unwanted charges deducted from account

Hi Team,

I am Ganesh Shende. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL O CT-20

ICICI bank One assist services

Hi,
ICIC bank had debited Rupees/1899 from my account for the CPP plan yesterday for the activation of plan.I was never interested in this plan.I had received a call regarding this one month back, and denied this plan for auto debited, and the caller had cut the call, and considering it as a acceptance.

Later I would had called atleast 10 time to customer care of Oneassist, and they said that since the plan is not activated,...

Unauthorised transaction in my account XX045

My account was debited Rs.199 for no apparent reason. The following message was received:

Txn of INR 199.00 done on Acct XX045 on 12-Jan-21.Info: VSI*AMAZON ST.Avbl Bal:INR 2, 567.93.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 045 to [protected]

I have not made any transactions today and I do not have any auto renewal subscriptions. I have not received any otp or any transaction intimation.

ICICI Fastag - Issues

I have been trying to login online userid as well as mobile number, which asks for otp sent on my registered mobile number. (I am not receiving any otp after 100's of attempts). In the process my account is also locked now.

I tried to call customer care several time but the call is getting disconnected after waiting for 10 mins and nobody picking up the call for resolution.

There is no way now I can connect with...

Deactivation of OneAssist

Rs. 1899 was deducted from my icici savings account for new policy wa privilege oneassist which I did not requested for. I want to cancel this policy and want my money to be refunded.

Unauthorized transaction charge

An unauthorised transaction took place on 12th Jan 2021 from my ICICI bank account. I was confused and checked my bank account statement when i got a message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom has been done and no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.So I kindly request you to recover it asap

Unnecessary Surcharge debited mcc-4112 multiple times

My account has been deducted from my icici bank savings account multiple times.for eg :- They showed me "surcharge dt:31/12/20 mcc 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank customer care and they didn't confirm me.
I visit the nearby ICICI branch but they dont have any explanation for it.
My account number is[protected], Patna Danapur branch.

Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily....

I used my credit card for Annamalai university counselling payment on 28th Oct 2020 through eazypay payment gateway, For B.Sc Agriculture (self supporting) course. 1st time i tired to pay 2000 rupees from my ICICI credit card that time payment error came after that again I paid the 2nd time payment successfully completed. after that i checked my mail the amount 2 times debited for same application. i sent mail to eazypay and ICICI credit...

Ipo applied : MRS BECTORS
Application method : upi mandate through icici bank
Blocked amount : 108000

Issue: money is not being released by bank which was blocked for ipo mandate request

I have applied for MRS BECTORS ipo and given upi mandate through icici bank. As per the ipo dead lines if the shares are not allocated the money should be released on 5 January 2020 in my case some shares were allocated...

We have received msg from my ICICI bank AC Txn of INR 99.00 done on Acct XXX*** on 09-JAN-21.Info: VSI*WWW ZEE5 .
This type of transaction have been done to me two time . first time I ignore, I think Some charges were cut but This type o[censored]nauthorised transaction is being done from my account every month.
