Mera mobile kahi kho gya tha jisme idea ka sim tha jiska number hai-[protected]. Kaafi dino se mai idea care pe duplicate sim k liye ja raha hu. Bha k epmloyee kuch kar nhi rhe hai. Idea can never change your life, it will suck you. They have unnecessarily barred my calls on the no [protected]. I was paying the bills very regularly. I do not understand whats the issue with these people. Its the worst service from idea. Never go with idea jio is much better than idea. This is a fraud company and the people are very arrogant. Anyone cannot believe that this is the oldest company in india. This is a total failure...

We have to dial a number at least 10 times then call goes after that recevier end d'not hear the voice, and call goes to another person.
Many times it rings and balance is cut.

I have called customer care they told to change your sim and unable to solve the problem.

I recently done the number porting from vodafone to idea. Idea network is very pathetic in bangalore and they should not be allowed to operate until their network has capability to serve the customers. 90 % of the times phone calls are gettings dropped, takes at least 30 seconds to connect or ring, signal strength is very low. Just for name sake its 4g, it doesn't even open standard web pages like google.com...

I have not activated any bluelima service. Mid night 12:07, rs.35 deducted from my balance. Please stop this service and refund my money.

I haven't activated bluelima service. From 2 3 days, balance is getting cut from account.
Before sometime, by customer care service was disabled but after sometime that was once more activated automatically. Fix the issue. Otherwise i have choice to change my network operator....

On 21st of august i switched on my phone and after sometime i got the message that rs 35 has been deducted due to vas activation. I have not done any activation as such. I have received sms from idea reg. Value added service called bluelima. I immediately called customer care & asked them what is blue lima. With my surprise, they don't know anything & moreover they said, this service was activated with my permission. I asked them to show the proof of permission. They don't have any record. Hamare yaha mobile network ki bahut problem hai bhopal mein . Internet sahi se nahi chalta hai 4G hote hu bhi behad slow chalta hai ab mein is network kaafi paresan ho gaya hue. I have been registered my request of replacement of damage sim 7 months ago... I had provided them all the formalities but still i had not received my sim... I had visited their customer care office atleast 100times... They r not giving me replacement of that number because they will sell that number at higher price about 3000 or 4000... I request please provide me replacement of number as soon as possible......

I got message from idea saying that they have received a request to activate bluelima service. Where as i haven't requested for any. Suddenly after few seconds i got another message saying service has been activated and i have been charged for 35 rs for a week. And it will be recharged by 35 rs every week. This totally looting. Idea is fraud. Trai should take an action against such cheap service providers....

In my plan i have been informed i will be provide 4 g speed data and when i check the speed on speed test site, it is showing the speed up to 15 mbps. But when i try to listen mp 3 song or try to watch video on youtube or even surf something on net, it takes too much time like 40-50kbps.
The same sites when i open on same location and on the same cell or laptop it open very fast using other networks like reliance jio and vodafone...
