irctc new website

The newly launched irctc website https://www.irctc.co.in/nget is not loading in internet explorer version 11 and less.

There is an error which occurs only in ie browser:

Script438: object doesn't support property or method 'fill'.
File: main. Bb626e3237ebfb10c729. Js, line: 1, column: 133003

Need to change the array. Fill () method with another code for filling the element in the array...

Reason for transaction failure shown was - no response from bank.

unable to book e ticket

I am unable to book eticket through the websites. Whenever i am clicking the book now option it redirects to the right page but in that page whenever i am going to fill up the passenger details, it will stop working. This is really a big problem. Our govt should take necessary steps to fix this problem as soon as possible, because everyone are not available to go to railway counter and book the ticket....

cannot cancel filed tdr

My father was not supposed to travel as the train was late so i filed tdr but later i found that he has travelled so wanted to cancel tdr but could not do so as no option was available.

I did not find an option to cancel filed tdr online. Therefore please cancel it

Train: pearl city from tuticorin to chennai.
Compartment: s2, time : 10.30pm.

I am a woman (Teenager) allocated in rac with a man in the same rac no. transaction failed/ payment pending from bank

Last wednesday (13.06.18), i made irctc mobile app payment through paytm wallet. On that time, i have low balance in my paytm wallet. So, added money to wallet through axis bank account. Once, i added money to paytm wallet. Amount was debited from my axis bank account. But, no money added to my paytm wallet or no transaction happen in paytm. Sir i want to say that i'm going to take a water (1 l) but i received only 700 ml water in basti and gonda railway station.
Irctc water point many times not providing quality water in gonda jn, but i received quality water of irctc water point in katni jn...????.??

1380 deducted but ticket not booked

1380 rs deducted from my account by razorpay for irctc ticket booking but amount not deposited in irctc account hence booking failed.. Because of your wrost service...

I have booked a wait list ticket on 4.3.2018 from borivali to ratangarh under pnr no. [protected] for train no. 19027 tomorrow is the travel day i. E.16.06.2018. But the ticket is still same wait listed 4th & 5th. My brother also booked on 12.05.2018 for same train ; class & date under pnr no. [protected]. He got confirmed ticket. Why my ticket is not confirmed by your irctc system....

refund of transaction failed

19419 train toilet not clean

I booked a1 coach 2 tier but toilet is not clean one side tap is broken and another side no water, if 2 tier is in this condition what about sleeper? Very poor maintenance, attender is not responding properly, toilet dustbin also not cleaned but we paying more money for this class whats the use? Plz take action and do it proper, toilet cleaning is very important otherwise how we travel again in this kind of train....

refund of partially confirmed/waitlisted tatkal tickets

Dear sir/madam,
This compliant is with reference to one of the rules that is being followed in irctc for the waiting list category of e-tickets.

My pnr was [protected] for 3 passengers, i got one confirmed seat and 2 waitlised after chart preparation. Since the person could not travel alone, i had filed tdr for the confirmed ticket. However i didnt get the refund for the waitlisted ticket, i have not filed tdr for waitlisted...

booked ticket history not shown in irctc website for cancellation of e-ticket

I am used to book my train tickets thro"irctc web site for many years. If i want to cancel my e-ticket there was no problem previously. But since two days i have not able to find booked ticket history to cancel my e-ticket throught irctc website. Irctc web site doesn"t show the my transactions or booked ticked history. Kindly resolve my problem of cancelling of the e-ticket immediately....

pathetic ticket booking system irctc

Rollout of new irctc ticket booking site is pathetic tried booking in tatkal quota for 3 times every time money got deducted but ticket was not booked, 13000 is deducted from the bank but ticket was not booked, i know it will be reverted back to the account but there is highly inconvenience caused due to this. severe security issue in the irctc portal

After logged in, i checked the preferred bank details then after i logged out but the 'preferred bank details' stills remains on the page. Please see the attached image.

Another incident, while booking tatkal ticket, it was showing that 50 is available then after booking i get 'waiting list 12' after that when i check the availability status the app displays '20' still available. If 20 available after booking the ticket then...

total money not refunded after ticket cancellation excluding cancellation charge

Hi sir/madam,

I beg to say that my ticket was from bmki to anvt on 16/06/2018 in train no. 12557, saptkranti express and pnr is [protected], transaction id is [protected]. Ticket fair was 1290 and after cancellation refund amount has shown 1225 and deduction was of rs 65. But i got very less amount. Please check this on urgent basis.

In similar train 22415 ap exp from vskp to agc for which charged rs.12645/-
The discrepancy in between the above two tickets may be examined...

I have booked 2 tickets yesterday and today one onward and one return. But i am not able to take print outs of them as the sms message of ticket booking may disappear within 3 months. After booking the ticket on pressing 'print ticket (English) it didn't work. Earlier i used to get booked ticket history from your site and get tickets printed. Now i am not finding "booked ticket history" anywhere in your site. Please advise....
