Hi,

I boarded the 11301 - udyan express from kalyan station today (1st april 2018 - s12 15 no seat) at 9am. Since then, everyone boarding the sleeper coach and occupying reserved seat at all the stations. I complained this to tc at wadi station, however he replied with “i myself don’t have space” and can’t do anything and left.

I have booked 1 tickets from irctc app from meerut to lucknow from nauchandi exp same returns which is cancelled on before 40 days i. E. 20 mar 2018 so ticket itself cancelled by irctc and amount refunded to zaakpay pg which is 1070 rs. Refund date shown irctc is 22 mar 2018. I booked a ticket in duranto express. I used upi for transaction. Irctc debited ₹1540 from my account but ticket did not got booked. It is showing payment requested. It is very emergency for me to book that ticket. As after i will not get any seat in that train. I tried calling irctc customer care but after ringing for 10 mins they are telling all executive are busy. Please help...

I cancelled a ticket in train no 22945 on march 26 and i should get rs 195 as refund amount. The irctc website shows that the amount is refunded on march 28 but i did not receive any money in my sbi account from which i booked the ticket. Irctc shows unknown zkpy bank. Booked a ticket this morning i. E. 31.03.2018 from panvel (Boarding : 28.04.2018 @ 4:30am) to madgaon (28.04.2018 12:50pm) pnr no. [protected] the ticket is on waitlist (Rlwl/17).

After the ticket was generated. The message popped, flushed pnr/ pnr not generated yet.

I was traveling in sealdah rajdhani 12314. After giving diner i told the staff member can you give me one extra chicken curry as i was not eating rice, dal and roti due to health issue. This is to inform you that my sister and her husband with one year old baby was traveling in tamil nadu express from chennai to bhopal but the train was running late by four hours so that my sister couldn't catch the connection train to sagar and the reserved not refunded and of many difficulties they have reached the destination for this railway should take some action and also should give compensation...

I deeply regret to inform you that my irctc account has suspended with out any reason and proper information. I contacted many time to the customer care number and send en number of mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no proper reply and action. As a customer it is my right to know the reason for suspending my account with my knowledge.

I had booked my tickets through postoffice. I had cancelled my tickets before departure. Refund amount of money was 2380. When i went to take my refund they told me to collect the money from railway. On 24 march 2018, i paid rs.2160 for reservation in gondwana express of 16 may from raipur to raigarh. The payment got settled but we did not got the seats because confirm berths were not allotted.
Thus, we paid the amount but did not got the seats.
I would like to request the concerned authorities to solve this problem as quickly as possible

I am irctc user yesterday I was trying to book a train ticket but due to Network problem the amount of Rupees, 521.80
Deducted from my SBI account number is [protected]
But the train ticket booking did not completed as be should.
So I humble request you to return my money to my SBI account as I given account number above.

Hi support team,
I had booked a ticket from agra to ndls for 14th feb., 2018. Date of booking is same.

For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the
Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to

Very worst service providing by irctc. New rule for booking tatkal tickets states that a person can only book one time only on one ip address, what if while booking a ticket the money got deducted and the ticket is not booked and if i try again it says "one time on 1 ip address". It happend to me all the time. My family have 6 members. I have to book 2 tickets with ur new rules. Again i face the same problem "one ticket on 1 ip address"....
