Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — cancelled ticket refund not received even after 17 days of cancellation | |
I have cancelled railway e-ticket (PNR : [protected]) on 08.07.19. Till now not received the refund. Money was paid using UPI gateway (Citibank). Status on irctc website shows "Sent_to_bank", but money not credited to my account. Every time I call IRCTC customer care, they ask me to drop email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. And i get a new complaint number (4497679, 4500077, 4546482) as reply to my email. Was this information helpful? | |
