Sir, I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 02jan2018. During the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i cheked my account balance on 02jan2018 balance is showing less amount. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account. 19052 train no route diverted without prior information and also late by 13 hr due to this I lost my job.. Provide me the detail of Indian railway default ...and also provide the penalty against my job.other wise I file a court case against Indian railway.
